Minding the Jolting Reality

While the entertainment industry boasts of nobodies who have transformed into celebrities as well as rags to riches stories, a sad reality is happening behind the scenes. When an actor becomes successful in his/her career, expect people to surround him and his family to give support. This relationship, however, is usually anchored on a ‘what’s in it for me?’ attitude. In short, people will be there as long as they could benefit from supporting the celebrity.

When Beleaguered Actor (BA) started his career, his initial appearance was met with raves and high hopes. BA showed much potential and he was soon marked for better opportunities. Starting at a young age, BA became the beacon of hope for his family. As he started earning, he was able to support his family financially. The roles came one after the other and soon BA was able to establish a name for himself. Given the support of a network, BA landed roles in soaps and movies that made quite a high return on investment.

Unfortunately, people did fail to see the warning signs BA was showing. Perhaps because he was the breadwinner, his family allowed him to do as he pleased, which proved disastrous, as he was not given as much guidance. Thus, as easily as he made a name for himself, BA started to show lack of discipline and soon he started neglecting his career.

The network is not one who will continue supporting a talent that is obviously going astray. Besides, he was already missing his schedules, which did not give the network much choice but to drop him. With no projects at hand and involvement in negative situations, BA started to lose everything that he had worked for. Soon enough, he showed that he was indeed lost.

Taking pity on BA were people who tried to lead back into the fold. For a brief period, they attempted to prod him back to reality. They encouraged BA and gave him support. Meanwhile, the family he has known stood by in the wings and allowed these people to guide BA. As soon as the opportunity showed itself, BA seemed to be on his way to reclaiming what he had. However, a twist revealed that BA allegedly opted to return to his old self and missed the opportunity. There was no recourse but for his family to take him back. While all seemed okay, reality indicated that BA no longer has what it takes to revive his career and thus, he could no longer provide for his family. Allegedly, his family has become lukewarm to his return to their fold when they realized his comeback was a failure.

Regain His Attention by Making Her Photos Public

When Defiant Starlet (DS) gave up her career for her husband (HH), eyebrows were raised because she had much potential as an actress and host. At that time HH’s career was doing well, which made the decision of DS seem sound and logical. As years passed, their marriage was blessed with physically beautiful children and HH even accepted everything about the past of DS. Yet, somewhere along the road, their marriage hit a major hump that ruined all their dreams.

Because DS managed to position herself and her kids well, her new life seemed much better than her life with HH, who has yet to recover from the mess that happened in their lives. Sadly, instead of being quiet on the circumstances that were ethically demanded, DS became highly involved in making public family issues as well as exposing their children to some uncalled for behavior. HH could not do anything anymore, but feel used, as his kids with DS have somehow turned their backs on him.

Despite the controversies, DS thought of herself as someone who had some power because she had chosen to be with Influential Person (IP). Although IP and DS hardly appear in photographs together, the social circle knew the status of the couple. At one point, DS behaved as though she was indeed part of a social circle that was solely for the legal partners, despite everyone knowing that IP was still very much married to Low Profile Woman (PW).

Throughout the years, DS has never publicly admitted that her ties with IP are strong because of an alleged Love Child (LC). DS and her party were careful not to upload any photos in social media that would question the integrity of IP and expose LC. That was before…

A few weeks ago, social media followers were surprised at the seemingly change of attitude in the camp of DS when it came to photos showing LC. Before, any photo that hinted of the existence of a child in her midst would create a stir given that all her kids with HH are grown.

According to the grapevine, one of the deals is that LC would be hidden away from the public. This condition was allegedly set by PW and was diligently followed. However, IP has not been giving the necessary financial support to DS recently. This lack of support is being attributed to the planned comeback of IP in the political arena, and thus, all resources have to be mobilized to assure he gets back in power. Given that voters are keen on having a first family present, IP and PW have to be together in the campaign. Moreover, rumors have it that the coffers are really with PW. Given this situation, DS has allegedly decided to call the attention of IP through her own strategy, and this way includes not minding photos of LC in social media sites. In the end, will the legal partner get the last laugh?
