May point naman si OP. Anyone can do that in a month. The real challenge is how to maintain it long-term. Mas believable at inspirational yung matagal ng na give up ang bisyo kasi makikita mo talaga yung resulta physically.

Smoking/Vaping and Coffee easy lang. No to smoking and coffee once in a blue moon. Softdrinks not so, lalo na sa init dito at pag masarap ulam? Hirap, pero yung 290ml ay tinitipid ko na yun for 3-4days. Nkaka 1 or 2 glasses lang ako depende sa level ng uhaw or occasion. Lol
Coffee with sugar and cream nakaka tanda tlg and malakas acid kaya make sure to have your coffee pure black and ung whole beans Saka nyo I grind to ground.. ok lang coffee antioxidant sya.. make sure pure coffee bean not instant.. and soft drinks never na tlg yan I stopped since 2015.. smoking and drinking alcohol is number one super bad sa health

D ko talaga gets ang logic bat marami ngvavape or smoke. I tried it once pro yuck. D ko talaga bet. Same with drinking. Mas gustuhin ko nlg mg buffet ng food kesa mg waste ng pera sa vape or alak.
Coffee is rich in anti oxidant and helps reduce the risk of some mental illnesses, so it's good when taken in moderation unlike sa softdrinks and vape na toxic talaga sa katawan
Coke I was able to reduce from once a day to once a week. Sa kape naman nag switch ako to tea pero after a few months hinanap ng konsensya ko yung kape. Haha

I stop coffee years ago due to Acidity and Anxiety! Nagka anxiety ako jan sa kape at hirap huminga.

DeleteSobrang easy ng softdrinks at vape. Coffee ay once a day lang for me, at espresso pa so goods na ako.

ReplyDeleteYung coffee kahit decaf nangangasim tiyan ko sa gabi. I have my coffee 3-4x a day huhu. I need to lessen my intake. Di ko ata kaya igive up!

ReplyDeleteWe had a patient here who had a double lung transplant from vaping. He was only 17 years old then. So yes, it can kill you. So good for her.

Coffee is healthy in moderation. Softdrinks and vape is a no-no.
