Brewing Tension in Paradise (Part 2)

When Close Kin (CK) realized that her talkativeness about a rumor on Male Actor (MA) got on the nerves of Female Celebrity (FC), CK could only express regrets. Despite a clean alibi on the part of MA, FC stopped talking to him.

As professional partners, CK could only surmise the damage of FC and MA not talking to each other on their careers and future projects. Meanwhile, MA’s Side (MS) refused to comment on the alleged trouble between FC and MA. After all, MS and CK are on the same boat, that is, their financial comfort would be affected if the two indeed were to break up.

Behind the scenes, MS had a heart to heart talk with MA. MS reminded MA to think over his priorities and possible consequences if he decides to leave FC. MS stressed the importance of a stable career and with FC, MA was able to give his family a better life. Without FC, MA might lose everything, which means his financial stability could be affected and MS no longer wants to return to the days of struggle. Besides, MS wants to remain relevant and if MA were to lose his shine, she will lose hers as well.

Similarly, CK had to talk to FC and remind her that her last projects did not meet expectations. Breaking away from MA at this point of her career would be very risky and might displease their followers. These days, displeased followers can affect the box-office results of an idol that has been abandoned. CK stressed that without MA, FC might not have had a career. Moreover, MA can move on without her, as he is very versatile and bankable in most of his projects.

Thus, when management found out about the silent treatment, the two were called to a meeting. During the meeting, the two refused to talk about what was happening in their relationship. As their professional life was intertwined with their personal relationship, their issue had to be resolved. However, MA opted to go on leave and went on a trip without FC.

As days passed, the rumor of a breakup was quite loud and management had to start with damage control. FC and MA are valuable assets and changes in their status could mean having to reprogram their careers to accommodate fans, who will definitely go wild if the relationship is over. Thus, social media became active with positive stories about FC and MA. Allegedly a task force was even formed to ensure that only good publicity will be connected to FC and MA. At this point, everything is at a standstill and denials as well as vague answers are coming out. The only thing sure is that the management will do what it could to save the pair from breaking up, even coming up with gimmicks, and it will be up to FC and MA to resolve whatever matters they are going through.

Part 1 of 2 Okay, hope you watched the videos first! 😄 I am actually very glad that the TWBA interview happened... I had a bit of a laugh cause it happened while I was on vacation, almost making me spill my drink at the pool when notifications came in 😂 Guess who was sober instantly! Bahaha Truthfully, this will make things so much easier for both of us professionally. I agree with everything that was mentioned in the interview. I am just personally closing this chapter of our lives because it has become more practical to clear things up instead of having people approach me like zombies with puppy eyes or letting certain questions linger around for too long 😅 so let's set the record straight and have a great time: 1. Crown or love (life)? Everyone knows that it's a trick question. Of course its "Crown"! The career of a beauty queen is so different in many ways to that of other career paths and even more extreme then that of an actor or puplic figure. Incomparable. Its a winner takes all situation and it kick starts everything into motion with an explosion, but on top of it all it's compressed into a single year of reign. It's the equivalent of sitting in a burning house and someone asking you, "Finish your chamomile tea or get your sweet ass out of here ASAP?!" It's not a question about personal preference but urgent priority! 2. Timeline of the break up? It's correct that the relationship was over the way we used to have it before the coronation. But we didn't make it official in private until after the coronation. However it was actually me who eventually and actively pushed to make it official. 3. Who's fault was it? I was alway fascinated with Cat...

Part 2 of 2 3. Who's fault was it? I was alway fascinated with Cat in a way because we are so similar in many ways but in other ways we are absolute polar opposites. However the crazy thing is that she knows what is better for me better then myself. I was massively depressed for a long time and I literally blamed anything and everyone except our relationship... I wouldn't even allow it in the realm of possibilities. But my protective personality and shielding of the relationship made me unable to see things clear and rational. It became counterproductive. Love truly can make you blind sometimes and make you do dumb stuff... No matter how smart you think you are. I felt like I had to do things that Cat never asked me to do and stopped things that I loved doing and persuing and even started feeling guilty for simply enjoying life. I ended up completely draining myself and became so exhausted that at the end there was little left of who I once was. But if Cat did anything then it's save me from myself. I am truly the only one who can be blamed for anything and everything. I failed, because the control was always with me all along. I just realized it too late. She knew I would rather go through complete death of my own persona then accept failure... 4. Silver lining? What would have really broken my heart would have been not seeing that crown on her head. I am glad things happened the way they did. Sure, maybe things could have been a bit different if the outcome would have been different too. But it's like the weather. If it rains you simply remind yourself that water is life, then you take the umbrella and go out anyway. Nobody can be blamed for things that simply happen and I actually believe that this is the best ever that could have happened for both of us. She will go down as the best Miss Universe in History. Told you guys I wasn't biased before. If I can say it now then you know I was simply always stating facts and facts never change.

Just as when Female Celebrity (FC) was feeling secure in her relationship with Male Actor (MA), things started to become doubtful. Last month, A Staff (AS) noticed that something seems to be wrong with FC and MA. Getting used to seeing the two together even if they do not have projects, AS noticed that FC and MA were hardly spending time during their free days. Such observation reached the management and has resulted in top executives wondering what was up between FC and MA.

According to the grapevine, FC realized that MA has been going out without letting her know and has even lied about it. Before, MA would always ask her permission and inform her of his personal commitments. Such gestures are well-appreciated by FC until one incident led to another and consequently, to doubt.

One time, FC called MA to ask where he was. MA said he was at the management’s office. As FC wanted to surprise MA by taking him to a newly opened restaurant in the area, she went to the management’s office without any announcement.

When FC entered the office, she asked the staff where he was. The response was that he was never there. Naturally, FC was worried and sent texts to MA. There were no replies. She tried calling, but the network said the number was out of reach. Night came and FC tried to get in touch with MA again. This time, he picked up the phone and MA could hear waves crashing in the background. MA said that he was just in a hotel in the bay area for an impromptu get-together with his close friends.

During their anniversary, FC waited for MA to give her a surprise, an invitation for dinner, or even flowers. She waited and waited. Only after two days did MA send flowers. The late gesture upset FC, but she could not really do anything. By the time MA invited her for their anniversary dinner, she had to turn him down, as she had to fulfill a commitment that day.

As FC was already feeling discomfort at the attitude of MA, a rumor worsened her frustration. Someone told Close Kin (CK) about seeing MA allegedly at an exclusive resort with male friends and one female companion. The said female was all over MA according to the rumor. Immediately, CK told the rumor to FC. Predictably, FC confronted MA who responded by saying that the person at the resort could be a look-alike. He said he has been spending time in rehearsing for his gigs, whereby he has to measure up with his partners in their numbers. Despite his denial, FC stopped talking to MA and AS was feeling the tension.

Finally, the management called the two to ask if something was going on. The two showed up and faced each other… (to be continued)

Ayaw man pag-usapan ang maraming detalye ng kasalukuyang love life, masayang nagbahagi ng kaunti ang Dance Princess na si Maja Salvador sa press kahapon March 1, sa naganap na event para sa kanyang bagong brand endorsement, Guitar Apparel.

"'Wag na tayo sa into details, ibigay niyo na lang sa akin 'yon, at least nag-share ako. It's my first time na, one thousand percent, na walang pagdadalawang isip, if I'll share it or not," unang pahayag ng aktres na tinutukoy ang kamakailang pagpopost sa Instagram ng photos kasama si Rambo Nuñez.

Ayon sa huling report, siyam na taon nang nakakalipas nang maghiwalay si Maja at kanyang ex-boyfriend na si Rambo. Ikinumpirma ito ni Maja sa interview at sinabing walang matinding rason ang dating hiwalayan nila.

"'Yung dati naman kasi namin, ano yun e, 'Career or love life,' may ganon. Siyempre, bata (kami) ‘di ba?... So parang hindi nabigyan ng todong chance before, so eto na siguro ang chance," kuwento ng aktres.

Sa loob na siyam na taong magkahiwalay, inamin ni Maja na nagpatuloy pa rin ang komunikasyon niya sa ina ni Rambo na si Marilen, sa katunayan tinatawag niya pa rin itong 'Mom.'

"Sobrang suwerte (ko) lang din na ang bait ng family (niya), na wine-welcome nila (ako) ng parang pamilya. Actually parang anak ang turing sa akin e, yun yung masarap sa pakiramdam," sabi ni Maja.

Binabawi na rin daw ng aktres ang dating pahayag na hindi niya binabalikan ang kanyang mga exes. "Minsan you break your own rules, and I think it's worth it," ani Maja.

"Sabi ko nga, ang gaan, sobrang kabaligtaran ng dati," pahabol na pahayag ng aktres.

Si Gerald Anderson ang huling kilalang naging ex-boyfriend ni Maja. Naghiwalay ang dalawa sa hindi isina-publikong dahilan noong 2015.

Samantala, naghahanda ngayon ang aktres para sa isang pagbibidahang iWant digital series at isang teleserye sa ABS-CBN. Ang iba pang detalye ay hindi pa kasalukuyang nilalabas.
