Weddings are always sources of excitement. Right after announcing engagements, celebrities remain in the interest of their followers, who are curious about the details of the wedding. For instance, the designer of the wedding gown and the line up of godparents are points of interest. Moreover, the location of the ceremony says something on the type of wedding a celebrity couple wants.

However, more important than the ceremony is the life after the wedding, when the couples are alone in their homes and building their families. Sadly, the marriage of a young celebrity couple failed to make the cut. The excitement generated prior to and the actual ceremonies only lasted briefly. It seems like the marriage ended as soon as the wedding took place.

For Talented Personality (TP), his wedding seemed to be his greatest achievement at that point. He was the dashing gentleman when he was courting His Wife (HW). The attention he showered her was convincing enough for a wedding to take place. HW thought she would have a life of bliss.

A few months after, TP started to show his true colors. When they were starting out, he was always home early and showed devotion to HW and their future family. Then, he started coming home late, making his work an excuse. Worse, he would refuse to talk to HW and as soon as he arrived home, he would just fall into bed.

One day, a friend told HW that TP was sighted out of town with another woman. They were sweet toward each other. HW was doubtful and defended TP by citing that he was supposed to follow a certain code of behavior, as that was how he was raised. Then, when HW asked TP about what she heard, he became defensive and stressed his trip was work-related. As mistrust was setting in, their arguments became frequent and one time, TP almost hit HW.

After the incident, HW sought help from the parents of TP, as they knew their son better. HW came home disappointed. The mother reminded TP of behavior worthy of a husband and HW to fulfill her wife duties. The father, meanwhile, sided with TP and did not support any move for the couple to separate. However, the parents were powerless, as events moved quickly. TP was a failure and was dragging HW with him. Rather than continue living together for the sake of saving the family’s name, HW made her decision and thus, ended one of the most promising weddings. Currently, the two have moved on and finding what would truly make them happy.
