Stressing Over Her Fate
One move of the network changed the fate of PS. In the quest of finding her the right one, the choice of Reel Partner (RP) raised a lot of eyebrows because the Former Loveteam partner (FL) was dropped. Fans were shocked, but they could not really do anything but accept the decision of the network and support PS and FL individually. The best way to welcome RP was to show support, and management thought that PS and RP had chemistry and would be the next top loveteam.
The project of PS and RP had much publicity, and the network was confident of the support for the pair. Unfortunately, the project performed way below expectations, and that was a strike for PS. Nonetheless, the two starred in another project, and that, too, failed to reach the goal. With two projects not doing as expected, the pressure was on. Good talents are hard to put down and PS had forthcoming projects, which are making PS nervous.
While PS was already comfortable working with RP, she found herself with a new onscreen Love Interest (LI). Like PS, LI is a good performer and has been noticed because of his looks and talents. However, he is relatively new, although he shone in his last appearance in a major project of the network. PS has no choice but to work with LI, and hope that they generate enough chemistry to attract fans. The wish for her next project to achieve success is very strong, as another flop might mean that PS has to be at the bottom of the wheel and be subjected to the rethinking of her image and packaging.

Kim Jonghyun of Korean boy group Shinee passed away Monday. He was 27.
According to a report on The Korea Herald, Kim died in the hospital after he was found unconscious at a residence in Cheongdam-dong in Seoul.
Police said they received a call from Kim's sister Monday afternoon, saying his brother may have attempted to commit suicide.
Kim was found with a burning coal briquette nearby.
Police said they will investigate the incident as a suspected suicide.
Kim is a vocalist for Shinee.

Out of Pride
When the Master of the Home (MH) finally decided to share his life with the New Boss (NB), DT thought nothing would change and he would still do as he pleases. He thought he could still go in and out of the house without being noticed as always.
Over time, even if he has his own family, DT has enjoyed unlimited access to the home of MH. When NB entered the picture, things started to become awkward. Nonetheless, as NB wanted relationships to be pleasant, she allowed DT to continue with his ways and she tried to adjust to his lifestyle. NB is aware that DT is still relying on MH, as he does not really have a stable career and has a family to support.
The sad part is that given his situation, that is, having no steady source of income and having increasing needs of a growing family, DT will not make his lifestyle simple. While His Partner (HP) could very well make their financial situation more stable, DT will not allow it. HP stays in their house and with the kids. Work outside the home for HP is non-negotiable.
With no source of income himself, DT has to find means and one of his ways is to dig into the generosity of MH. So, whenever he is at the home of MH, he would allegedly go through the pantry and get what he wants. One time, NB came home and was shocked to see her groceries that she had just bought a day or so before depleted. The household staff revealed that DT had just visited. NB just kept quiet. However, she decided to speak up when DT raided her stash of healthy food another time. NB has been investing in healthy stuff to help her trim down.
Having had enough with DT asking for money from MH and raiding her pantry, NB finally opened up to MH. As his official partner, NB requested MH to do something about the behavior of DT, as they already have a family as well. For a time, DT no longer came over and the assumption was that MH told him off. However, that did not last long, as DT showed up again and one can only guess what his objective was in seeing MH. NB felt slighted when DT did not even bother to talk to her. She was invisible as far as he was concerned.
Photos for public consumption can be deceiving as the household moves in silent tension whenever NB and DT are together. MH can only do so much with the rift in his home.
