Two-Faced Company
Sometime ago, Celebrity Couple made a painful decision. After actively keeping their followers of the development of their relationship, CC decided to part ways. Just as when they were deemed as relationship goals, such event disappointed their fans. While no official reason was revealed to the public, the two picked up where they left and moved on.
As hurtful comments were hurled at the Male Partner (MP), he did not respond fiercely to his bashers. Unfortunately, he also gave the same cold treatment to his former Female Lover (FL). The indifference shown by MP indicated that the relationship was indeed over.
The camp of FL, meanwhile, has remained silent as well over the breakup issue. However, this situation does not mean that FL would just sit and remain still, and let time waste away her youth and beauty. Netizens have realized that FL has been deleting comments in her social media accounts that revealed her romantic interest toward Non-Showbiz Personality (NS). FL has good reason, though. Certain comments could place her in hot water if she will not filter her sites. The paranoia comes from her desire to protect her goody image and that of NS.
Love is indeed tempting and FL fell into the trap of falling for a committed man. Still, such situation did not stop FL from pursuing him. Perhaps, the commitment of NS did not matter to FL, as she was allegedly already showing interest in NS even when she and MP were still together. Thus, when FL got what she wanted, another woman was hurting in the process. The lack of loyalty could have added to the indifference MP showed FL. During the aftermath of their breakup, FL was still publicly posting messages to MP, who did not bother to respond in the same thread. Even if their families stepped into the picture to demand privacy, MP moved on as though he was a different person from the one who was so much in love with FL.

Never Ever Going Back
Pretty Talent (PT) used to be very close with her non-showbiz friends (NS), as they were with her when she started her dream of entering showbiz. NS would be there to keep PT grounded. They would listen to her talk about her problems, crushes, and even rants. Sometimes, they would feel that she’s tired and losing interest, but still, they would encourage her to pursue her dream. They assured her that they would always be behind her.
The breaks came and the path was clear. PT was on her way to making a name for herself. NS clapped as they watched her cry, laugh, stare, and love on screen. They were there for her, as they had promised even if the time with PT was becoming less and less. After a time of struggle, PT achieved her dream. One big project after another with dashing actor marked the studio’s right decision in investing in her. PT has become a major talent and any project, such as movies, teleseryes, and endorsements, guaranteed revenue for her and her management.
One day, NS realized that PT was no longer seeing them as often and the rare times of meeting her stopped altogether. They tried to get in touch with her, but she was not picking up. They thought she must have changed her number upon the suggestion of the management. Still, NS supported PT until doubts set in. When one of them tried to see PT, PT behaved as though there was no one in front of her. It was like that her friend was suddenly a stranger. When the rest found out about the distant behavior or PT, they were very discouraged. Worse, they found out why PT was ignoring them.
The truth of one’s past could always be painful. In the case of PT, she wanted to forget where she came from, as she was a big star now. With her breakthrough in the business, PT found friends who were different from NS. These were rich people with familiar sounding names, and obviously the opposite of NS. Perhaps, PT thought that by hanging around new friends and discarding her former ones, like NS, she could change the truth of how she started. Of course, NS knew how PT started and they could even share how PT was before she became famous. PT had neither lineage nor reputation. She was not a daughter of a wealthy family, as she had a simple start in life.
Apparently, PT no longer wants to even recall those days of struggle and when hunger almost came knocking at her door. Thus, part of changing the image of her past is denying the friendship of people who will make her remember.
