A hunk representing San Fernando, Pampanga was proclaimed Mister Philippines 2016 at the culmination of the seventh edition of the search founded by Dr. Joseph Pallera held at the Tanghalang Pasigueno last April 14, 2016.
Thirty year old Hermes Eugene David Bautista, a former Pinoy Big Brother Housemate in 2009, will represent the country at the 2016 Mister Universe Search. He is a Nursing graduate from FEU and has dabbled in show business after his PBB stint. In 2010, he was nominated “Best New Male TV Personality” at the 24th PMPC Star Awards for Television.

Sometime ago, stylish celebrities were disappointed that Talented Artist (TA) could not attend to their needs. TA is the ideal co-worker because his creativity is impressive, his personality is amiable, and his looks are pleasant. Thus, even if the celebrities are tired, one look at TA and their moods change. TA has that likable disposition that has endeared him to several actresses and actors who have hired him for his profession.
However, some of his regular clients were puzzled because TA was frequently unable to meet his usual responsibilities and would give excuses that he could not meet them. As someone in a profession where one’s earnings equal one’s effort, missing a client appointment means that TA would not be earning for that day. Thus, to afford losing an earning opportunity for TA became a source of curiosity. Apparently, TA found a more lucrative sideline, which was a source of easy money and perhaps, pleasure.
Allegedly, TA was attending to his bookings, a new set of different clientele. In showbiz, “pabooking” means being available for intimate and highly private services for a fee. TA even has a private social media account that he uses for such purpose. People resort to bookings because they believe that money is easy to acquire and they only need a few hours to earn what is equivalent for a week’s worth of work. Besides, TA is attractive and thus, he could have a high value in the flesh market.
Thus, whenever TA has bookings with his male clients, the females who need his expertise are bumped off. When TA kept turning down requests for his services too often, the females started to look for other professionals who can match or even do better than TA. Of course, stories of TA’s booking sorties lessened their interest in him as well.
One day, TA woke up to the realization that he could not do his booking gigs forever, and that his true bread and butter is his talent, on which he has built his name. Hence, he started reconnecting with a few of his former celebrity-clients, but most of them were not too warm when he made his presence felt. Because they knew his sideline activities, they were hesitant to get back TA on a regular basis. After all, TA dropped them in favor of his bookings. Thus, there was no guarantee that TA would not repeat the same rejection when they need him for a call.
