Difficulty in Making a Comeback

For celebrities coming from a major absence due to a personal event, regaining one’s stature is not as easy one would think. Chances are, some celebrities fail to retrieve their original luster, whereas others accept the reality that they will no longer have the same opportunities as they had prior to getting married, giving birth, or getting into hiatus.

Although ‘absence makes the heart go fonder,’ this saying is not applicable to a number of celebrities who chose personal matters over career. Then, when things are resolved, these celebrities try to return to the business they had left. Others are successful and even become more popular. Yet, some are delivering disappointing results.

When Feisty Actress (FA) decided to leave her career because of a major personal event, her followers knew that things would change if ever she decides to return. Perhaps, having a stable commitment would taper FA and she will show more maturity in dealing with her issues. Because FA had contracts to honor and a family to support, naturally, she toned down and physically returned to her envied shape.

Her network was kind and trusted her to lead a project that was thought of was her comeback. Fans were not disappointed, as the storyline was convincing and enticing. Unfortunately, people were caught unaware when FA got involved into an issue, which firmed their resolve that FA was back indeed.

While FA seems to be regaining her status in the network, observers are claiming that her movement is too slow and it seems that her presence could not pull up the ratings. While the rating is higher than the competition, compared to the ratings of the shows of the network, the project of FA is among the lowest.

Then, the involvement of her Significant Other (SO) in the entertainment field raised a few eyebrows. Reactions revolved on the assumption that it was FA who has been insistent on making sure SO gets a contract. Moreover, FA was alleged to be the one working on finding endorsements for SO as well. Given that SO is in a field that is not really financially lucrative, FA is making sure that he will contribute well to the family coffers. Thus, her actions truly prove that she will make sure everything in her life will fall into place.

To All the Girls He Has Loved Before

The line, ‘To all the girls I’ve loved before,’ from the hit song of Julio Iglesias sums up the love life of Charming Lothario (CL). Ever since CL was introduced by his network into the big league, he gained many followers that comprised mostly female teens. Then, the network hit the jackpot when CL and Pretty Discover (PD) exuded so much chemistry, and thus, a new love team was born. However, time tested their maturity. Soon, their reel and real partnership had to be separated for the sake of the growth of their personal and professional lives.

After that separation, PD moved on, but CL was unable to establish a consistent mark in his career. Thus, his attraction factor lessened, and the network seemed unwilling to gamble on him. Instead of sulking or losing heart, CL turned to bodybuilding. His concentration is to make sure he has well-defined abs and toned muscles. His thinking is that by having a body to die for, he would be able to attract female partners for short moments of passion.  

Allegedly, CL has gotten physical with most female talents of his network. The more famous ones include A Performer (AP),a Renowned Talent (RT) a Newly Discovered talent from a famous house (ND), and another talent (AT) who loves to dress up. Although AP was part of his past, they allegedly would see each other every so often. Meanwhile, ND and AT are fairly new in the business, but they managed to get the attention of CL.

These trysts indicate that even if he has no big project, women still find him sexy. Unfortunately, CL kisses and tells. For him, there will be no second time around for AT simply because he did not like the odor coming from her private area. Allegedly, even PD has a schedule for such moments with CL. This behavior of CL has gotten the ire of his production assistants. Lately, calling CL has become difficult, as his phone is always saying it could not be reached. In other words, CL does not want to be disturbed. The most recent talent on CL’s list is RT, who has been linked to him.

Despite having a slow career, the passionate life of CL is alive and vibrant. Incidentally, a Seasoned Actress (SA) has fallen for his charms. CL gets all excited whenever SA calls him to come over. Although SA might be more mature, she certainly has her youthful looks and is still attractive despite the years. Other than these traits, what excites CL is that SA would give him a token of her appreciation, which sometimes hits the six-digit mark. SA could afford to give away such an amount anyway.

As for settling down in the near future, nothing seems to be clear for CL. Without any commitment, CL could freely do what he wants and still be happy.
