ReplyDeleteI did ballet at age 41 and did it for 3 years until nagpandemic and tinamad na ako kasi ayoko ng "online" classes. I knew I would never be "good" or even graceful, but I had the time of my life, improved my posture, relieved my asthma, and had so much fun! Yan ang mahalaga. I hope Kisses doesn't get to read the nega comments here ng mga inggit lang because they are tool old/poor/lazy to try new things!
