    1. They have choices
      1) Pay the legit amount and move on
      2) Pay the settled amount and move on
      3) Question everything and post on SocMed …
It’s their choice how they want to do things…

    4. At least yung social grievances nya may sense at may mararating, eh kayo puro non sense bashing. I was Team Tom nung marriage breakup until mag papansin ng tele at booty pics. Carla may not be easy to get along with but may prinsipyo. Sa kanya cheating is cheating, walang gray area sa pag ibig at sa financial! Ang mali ay mali walang explanation or back story.

      Delete
    5. Ayaw niya ng peaceful life.

      Delete
    7. 1:14 obvs naman na gusto nya mag bayad ng tama, i think she can afford it sa mahal ng property. di ba kaya nga kinu question nya para saan yung 60%? o*ob ng comment mo naman. sanay ka bang mandaya?

      Delete
    8. Go Carla, let your voice be heard! Hindi porket malaki income mo you won't question saan napupunta binabayaran mo.

    2. Meron! At kung wala man gumalaw, that still does not mean that she was wrong to complain and call out.

Ikaw ang matutong gumamit ng small caps. Ang sqgwa sa mata ng post mo.

    3. Mas may pakinabang sya kesa sayo

    2. Someone has to make ingay. Obviously you don't own much so you don't understand how painful it is to pay that much tax.

      Delete
    3. What’s wrong with being outspoken when it’s your money that is involved?

      Delete
    4. Yung ingay nya makes sense at nakakamulat ng ibang tao. Yung ingay mo, ano?

    1. 2:32 I saw a documentary about financial matters before. Sabi nga doon, it's not always good to make a house purchase kasi at times, even in the long run, mas matipid at less hassle pa ang umupa na lang. Kaya yung ibang mayayaman daw abroad, once they retire, they stay in hotels na lang.

Ang gastos mo lang is 1.2M per year so yung 12M mo for 10 years na (of course adjust for inflation, but you get the point).

      Delete
    2. 5:37, the difference is, if you buy, after you pay off the 12MM, you now have a house probably worth 20MM due to real estate appreciation to use or sell or leave for inheritance. That's how an investment works. Carla is young, so she invested in properties.

The reason why the old in the US stay in hotels is probably because it doesnt make sense for them to invest anymore due to their age.

  19. don't be scared girl, mahirap kumita ng pera so ituloy molang yan and malay mo one day maibestigahan sa senado yan. ilaban mo yan girl!

Mas madaming problema dapat unahin also. Galing galingan scratch paper basis lng naman? lol

    2. Oo nga 7:03, they will not waste their time on that important matter dahil mas gusto nila ang mga mababaw na issues.

  20. Honestly ang laki ng assessment value and tax due computation niya. I've used to work before on a real estate company and even some of Ayala properties hindi ganyan kataas ang tax assessment. Not only in BIR kahit sa registry of deeds na nag i issue ng title. Sarap ngang palagyan ng CCTV lahat ng sulok ng office nila kaso yung iba madalas sa mga malalapit na kainan ng office nila nag aabutan over lunch or breakfast.

The more you hate on her, lalong aasenso ang buhay niya.

  22. That fact na maraming opposed dito kay Carla for asking for her rights and what she should deserve as a paying customer and paying tax payer means hindi pa ready sa pag babago ang pinoy against corruption , red tape, nepotism at dynasty. Magaling lang talaga mga pinoy na lagi gusto may perfect accent, grammar at spelling pero they tolerate ang bulok na system at ingrained sa kanila they only deserved the scraps, minimum services and rampant corruption. Ang baba ng dignity nyo.!!

    ReplyDelete
  23. GoCarla. If walang mag speak up, walang mag babago. I lantad ang mga corrupt na yan

    ReplyDelete
  24. Carla is full of herself siya yun tao manipulative na kunware galing galingan kuno. SHE IS GETTING SYMPATHY PEOPLE PARA KUNWARE WOKE AND SPOKE PERSON SYA NG BAYAN!

I have tons of real estate properties in some known areas pero makatarungan naman ang tax.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Bakit scratch paper only saan ang basis? hindi man lang naka document or what. I have 2 townhouse in QC and i pay decent tax. Carla needs knowledge and don’t put everything on social media lalo na kung scatch paper ang basis

    ReplyDelete
  26. Sa mga curious sino kausap ni Carla?. Kausap niya sarili niya gmit ang scratch paper info. lol

    ReplyDelete

Im not a fan. Pero as breadwinner who belongs in the middle class, naaappreciate ko itong questions nya re taxes lalo na ngayon na pati savings gusto patawan ng buwis ng gobyerno.

Mabuti nga sha may pakialam. Navpopost sya for awareness. Mga bashers lagi nega ang hanap. Try nyo maging open minded at magmalasakit sa kapwa nyo minsan. Hindi un puro asa kayo sa ayuda.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Recently happend to us. Capital Gains Tax. Offered the same. They can lower it to almost 50% and the savings we got, we give them half of it plus "their processing fee". No paper trail, you just have to trust them. The tax is 7figures.
Our choice: Give the corrupt officials money and we saved (7figures).
Entrap them and we will pay the full amount (7figures).
Then you ask, where will the full amount go? Obvious answer: To the Hermes bags of Madams, to the Patek Philippe of Sirs and to the super luxury cars of Sirs. (When you personally know politicians, it's just obvious)
    So what will you do?

  31. Carla should run for public office. She is after transparency & accountability.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Why do people bash people who seek for truth and accountability? Bakit? Dahil wala kayong properties therefore no amilyar? Taxpayers kayo huyyyy... kumibo naman dyan. Sinasalaula na tayo ng gobyerno. Sa mga nagrereklamo kayo galit? Adik.

    Go, Carla!

    ReplyDelete
  37. The only thing to do is pay the legit amount and ensure that the tax assessment is computed properly in the automated system rather than just on paper! It’s also our duty as tax payers na maging knowledgeable Ang proactive sa babayaran natin na tax. And stand for what is right!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Masyadong na conditioned mga utak ng iba dito na wag magreklamo, don’t standout instead go with the flow, accept scraps that these corrupt system dangles mostly during election in a form of a few hundred pesos, unfinished road , import ng artista for entertainment pag fiesta, tapos sigaw kayo sa mga artista pag may sakuna mag donate naman kayo, pati basic services nyo subhuman standard ok lang sa inyo, ako deserve ko ang continuous tubig, electricity at internet connectivity at totoong tax adjustment based on the rules sa taxation hindi dahil naamoy kang you have money papasukin ka sa office to have “ discussion.” Nakakagigil kayo!
