    ReplyDelete
  2. Awww. I think may laban si Luis. But resigning without disclosure is another story, why Luis? Hoping that this will be settled.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Another case of too much trust on people.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Ano kaya ang talagang nangyare?

    ReplyDelete
  5. Yikes. Good luck Luis.

    1. Well kung siya nga nagbitiw siya ahead of time so malamang alam niya na yan way before na pabagsak ang company.

      Delete
    2. Ngayon natin buuin ang puzzle.

      Delete
    3. Luis will see this through. Connections.

But the people who entrusted their hard earned money and were supposed to profit from this. What a horrible situation.

Buy those investors out then patakbuhin niya mag isa un business. Kumuha siya ng mga tamang tao.

      Delete
    5. @ 1:46pm lol. Do you know what you’re talking about??? Di yan barya s kanya! Di yan ayala or villar.

      Delete

      Delete
    2. Nilagay siyang owner/Chairman.

      Delete
    3. Kalungkot to think si Luis sobrang wise pagdating sa investments and handling money tapos naloko din.

      Delete
    4. Sabi lamg nya yun. Hehehe

      Delete
    5. True sya mukha at kilala sya kaya hahabulin din talaga sya

      Delete
Investment ba niya yun, or part ng shares as COB and endorser? But still, dahil nasa board siya e need din niya talaga managot

      Delete
    7. I think kaya hindi siya nag announce he gave bong time to rectify kung ano man ang naging problema sa company.

      Delete
    8. 12.18 it doesn't mean to say na talagang naghihirap na siya. malaki may mean a certain number of percentage of money na pdeng na-invest sa mas ok na business or property.

      Delete
Tapos tagline pa niya "want to be a co-owner?" So un mga investors relying on his reputation eh nagbigay ng investment dun thinking nga na kasosyo nila si Luis. Kasi nga kung andun si Luis it must be good. Un nga lang it takes guts, time, additional investment and business acumen para gawin un.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Wow, napalakalaking problema kung ganun. Just can't believe Luis got into this messy situation to think he was very careful when it comes to business, tsk2x...

      Delete
    2. satru mhie. Sa ig nya yan ung tagline na "want to be a co-owner"at ma eenganyo ka nga mag invest. Wala lang akong pondo nyan pero bet na bet ko yan last year.

      Delete
In bad faith kung ganun.

      Delete
  8. Yan na nga sinasabi ni Jessy eh. 🤦‍♂️ Saklap. I hope all’s going to be well.

    ReplyDelete

      Delete
    2. yun lang kasi, mas matagal ng friend yung Bong kaya mas naniwala siya dun nung una. all this time, hindi pala nagkamali si Luis na pakasalan siya

      Delete
I'm sure may inilagay din siyang pera diyan

      Delete

Actual investment mo ba un o potential income at nilagay ka kasi dun as owner/chairman?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. And sana kung pano sya nag announce na need nila ng investors, ganun din nya inannounce na he has resigned from the company.

      Delete
    2. i think potential income nga ang P66M

  11. Eto kaya yung investment ni Tom R. kaya sila naghiwalay ni Carla?

Delikadesa nalang diba?

      Delete
    3. Yung Kay tom daw is Scam sa Cebu

      Delete
    4. No. Pero best man din yun ni Tom

      Delete

      Delete
    7. 7:18 I doubt personal pera naman I'm sure ni Luis yun. And mas may pera si Luis kaysa kay Tom

      Delete

      Delete
    9. 3:02 May point ka teh. Kaya lang pede bang sabihin in a nice way? Triggered ka naman agad eh. Not 718.

      Delete
  12. He assumed the role of chairman without being privy to the ins and outs of the company? Hindi ganon pagka kilala ng mga tao sa kanya, he has been a good and hands on businessman kaya madami nag invest. And yes, ang hindi pag divulge na wala na siya sa company is a big no-no. He saved himself from further loss but not the others. May pananagutan pa din siya

    ReplyDelete
  13. yikes scary! mukhang madaming branches. baka kse pandemic kaya wala pa dividends.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Exactly PUBLIC na company tapos meh public shares pa pero secretong nag resign lol!

      Delete
  16. If nag resign si luis dapat may public announcement from the website and pages and the investors, kung pa secret e talagang si luis ang hahabulin jan, umabot pa ng ilang years bago nalaman ng investors nawala na pala si luis jan e mukha nya nakabalandra jan e
Naku i believe Luis is a good person pero baka sa sobrang bait nya naloko sya ng best friend nya at close business partners nya

    ReplyDelete

    1. True. Bakit kaya pa secret. So may itinatago o may itinago?

  18. It's sad.

  24. Stressful to. Just having a baby and you have to face a case of multiple complainants. One investor said tinulungan nya pa mag invest, parang siya pa tuloy nag drag dun sa tao to lose a million sum of money. Sa kanilang mga nakaupo dito (siya former) maliit lang yan, pero yung investors, buhay pinhununan nyan ng ilang taon to earn that. Makawala man siya sa kaso, the conscience of “helping” the people to be on that mud will for sure hunt him. Kaya sometimes, even you just want to help, mapapasama ka.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If you're talking about sa investor na ininterview sa news, hindi siya tinulungan ni Luis na maginvest, I think she reached out to Luis, baka she needed help financially and Luis helped her

    ReplyDelete
  26. Sana maayos nila. Luis, sana pinublicize mo yung resignation mo from your post. Or the easiest way is settlement. Peace is priceless. Ang pera kikitain mo pa ulit yan. Focus on being a hands on dad.

    ReplyDelete
May new baby on the way ka pa naman.

    1. 12:36 - He was forced to due to circumstances. Di na siguro ma-contact yung Bong Medel, then siya celebrity, public figure. And very much identified on Flex Fuel. Investors started reaching out to him. Ayun. Naisip niya that there is no way out kaya lumantad na rin. He's also a victim by the way. 66M ininvest niya.

      Delete
    2. 12:56 yes, Luis is also a victim. He was also duped. Thing is, he was the chairman and that makes him still liable. These duped investors will be advised to file a case against the whole board of directors and officers of the company during the time they invested.

      Delete
  29. Ang mali ni Luis is that he failed to disclose his resignation. Lumalabas tuloy na tinakasan niya nung napansin niya na medyo tagilid na. Other investors were left behind kaya nagagalit sila. Di din biro yung mga ganyang investment kaya I feel for them

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  31. Nakaka-phobia na ang ganyang klaseng best man at bestfriend. Kung mag negosyo man lang, do your own feasibility study and be hands-on sa pag manage from the ground up. Kahit pamilya or kaibigan mo pa yan, pag big sums of money ang usapan mate-tempt talaga yan.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  33. Why did he resigned secretly?

He went through the back door nang walang paalam, kumbaga.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. It’s not Luis responsibility to inform other investors He himself is a shareholder but decided to pull his investment & resigned. Any investors who thinks that their investment are not making money can do the same as Luis. No one is preventing them for doing so. It was the company and the new CEO’s duty and obligation to update their investors including Luis’ resignation as CEO. Definitely not Luis

      Delete
  35. This incident will ruin his credibility as an endorser

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Could be but they would still trust Luis cuz he has good relationship with these companies and they treat him as family/friend not just their endorser. All his business dealings with these company are clean

      Delete
  36. Ito kaya yung sinasabi ni Jessi na as a wife ilayo ang husband from toxic friends?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Dapat noong may kutob na siya na something is wrong, nag public announcement na siya kaagad para hindi na magamit pangalan nya to lure investors.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Dapat nung malaman niya na nagsosolicit na ng funding sa mga tao tao,he should've gotten out.Pinangalagaan niya pangalan niya as a celebrity.

      Delete
    2. I think that’s exactly what he did, but the thing is some investors reached out to him for help when their investment are not making money. This is not a SCAM. Perhaps the shareholder that got interviewed is not satisfied or naliitan sa dividend or ROI niya that’s all there is to it . But I don’t think she was scammed. All Flexfuel station is up and running

      Delete
  38. He is of course liable regardless of if he didn't know or not. You signed your name without proper research then yes that makes you equally liable.

    ReplyDelete
  39. It was weird. They could've just limit the investors among their circle of friends.Para sila sila lang managot in case the business model doesnt work out.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Ganun talaga if kailangan ng malaking capital and hindi kaya ng existing investors. That’s how businesses infuse capital into their companies.

      Delete

  40. Ayan mga investors Hilig sa artista Basta artista go go go

    ReplyDelete
  41. Related ba to sa cryptic post ni Jessy before?

    ReplyDelete
Hindi ako nakapag invest kase wala ako pera that time. Yung pinakanag convince sa amin mag invest also acts as our agent magaling sa negosyo kaya dami nagtiwala sa kanya. Masama loob nila sa friend namin pero they know deep inside their heart na wala nman kasalanan yung friend namin. Hndi naman sya ang scammer. So hndi nman sila nagdemanda.

    ReplyDelete
  43. If the investments were made during his time as chairman, then surely kasama talaga sya sa demanda, whether or not kasama sya sa pag-udyok sa kanila mag invest, whether of not nawalan din sya ng pera. What he can do is prove that he wasn't part of the real day-to-day operations of the company. Pwede naman kasi that a chairman of a company is not really working for the company and only attends board meetings and getting their reports.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
Dapat marami silang pera to begin with.

  46. Investor ako dito but I can't seem to get angry with Luis. Yes malaking factor yung na dun ang face niya as part of the company, plus yung ibang mga taong involved, being a follower of Luis, familiar na sila kaya ako napa invest. He is an overall good man who got tangled in a mess. Pero with bong and his lawyer, who, i think, also happens to be part of their barkada, that's entirely different. He has to answer for this mess. Ayusin nila. Ang mga gasoline stations are there, mga assets yun. And im still trying to think positive

    ReplyDelete

    1. Same thoughts. The businesses are up, struggling but they are still up. Wala namang guarantee.

      Delete
    2. Kung start-up pa lang lahat ng ito, it will take time bago mag ROI. Karamihan even after 5 years red pa din ang bottomline. Pero kung maayos ang nagmamanage, makikita naman na ang year on year losses ng company bumababa and eventually magiging positive din ang bottomline nila.

      Delete
  47. May omission talaga on the part of Luis. Misjudgement and not antipating c Luis na xa mabiblame if manahimik lang xa and making his own move na magresign quietly. Mahirap talaga mangengganyo ka ng mga tao on something na hindi certain or definite. Business is a venture. It could be profitable, it could be losing. Mahirap maging influencer on that aspect kaya so bothersome kay Luis yang mga reklamo ngaun ng investors kc big lapse on his part na hindi xa nagdisclose na hindi na xa ang chairman ng company.

  48. Kaya ako i rather own my business na walang mga partners. Iwas pusoy mahirap na

    ReplyDelete
  50. The focus should be on the company president bong medel at yung asawa niya na director of the company, at yung company treasurer na kamaganak nung babae

    ReplyDelete
Sa mga interviews about the company, iisipin mo talaga na si Luis is the owner.

    ReplyDelete
Kasi gagamitin nila ang mukha mo at ang credibility to encourage people to invest or para magsolicit ng pera.Qag magpagamit.Aralin mabiti ano ang product na ineendorse

    ReplyDelete
  53. Yea, he's not super clean sorry. When you're chairman AND endorser, you cannot plead ignorance to any wrongdoing. It was his obligation to be on top of things, and at the very least, there should have been official communication once he stepped down. What kind of company doesn't provide investors reports or access to transparent financial standing, etc. So DODGY and hard lesson learned from the poor investors.

    ReplyDelete
  54. It is the company and the new CEO’s obligation to announce Luis’ resignation NOT Luis .

    ReplyDelete

    1. 1:03 May legal obligation. May moral obligation. The latter is definitely the obligation of Luis becoz he knows na people trusted their hard earned money on the company becoz of him.
