Self talk is healthy baks. To be able to talk with yourself, pat yourself on the back and being able to acknowledge your failures and success are indication of self awareness. Narcissist have no self awareness of their selfishness and do not care how they're hurting other people around them. I give JM kudos for keeping on..you should too, he deserves respect for trying 👏

Malaking factor yun. Sa kaso ni JM need nya ng support system to fight his inner demons. Kapit lang JM wag bumitaw sa paniniwala kay God. Malalampasan mo rin yan.
