DeleteI don’t think na walang nakikinig sa mga naging biktima ng rape. Sa kasong ito kasi wala syang ginawa during that time. Kung after mangyari yun baka pwede magpa medico legal sya para may proof that she was violated, or nagpa blotter, or kahit man lang may napagsabihan sya sa nangyari sa kanya. These are just some of the things na pwede na panghawakan kahit hindi sya nagsampa ng kaso. Kaso wala ata ni isa dito ang ginawa nya.

It's one of the crimes that should be given the heaviest punishment. But given that the punishment is heavy, the evidence must be concrete and proven beyond reasonable doubt. Kung pahaging at assumption lang, mahirap naman patawan mo ng parusang napakabigat yung tao. Ipinpoint mo muna ang ebidensya mong matibay. Life sentence yun day. Ang layo nyan sa pahid ng cake. Now arguably that’s not comparable to rape but then again, i hope Kat is not oversimplifying things in her mind. Sobrang minsan ako magdasal and mostly hindi tunkol sa akin kundi sa health ng iba. Pinagdasal ko na gumaling sa cancer ang friend ko, namatay pa rin siya.
