    2. True. For me, conjugal or not unless I used my own money to buy the property aalis nalang ako and save whatever pride I have left and get my own place. I won't spend all my hard-earned money on legal fees just so stay at my ex-husband's property para lang ipa barangay at putulan ng electricty. I don't understand why she's doing this or dahil part ito ng agreement nila ni Victor that she gets to keep the house after their separation.m kaya ayaw nya bitawan.

So si Maggie mukhang dehado when it comes to properties and support sa kanilang annulment. Malamang may prenup sila.

  2. If property is conjugal, why is there a contract of lease? correct me if i'm wrong, kung conjugal
property dapat may right ka sa property so u dnt have to rent.

    1. 9:27 This is just a theory: Maybe the lease contract is in Victor's name so Maggie is claiming she can use it because since they're still married, then what he leases, she leases too. Again, this s just a theory.

      Delete
    2. Same thoughts on this 10:39.

      Delete
    3. 10:39 It doesn’t make sense. Why on earth will a billionaire’s son RENT? They own the entire subdivision hello?

    1. Based on electric employee, mukhang nakapangalan sa ex yung bahay. Well its no surprise since the building is their family business.

      Delete
Sa townhouse sila nakatira inside that subdivision

      Delete
    3. When you apply for building permit, yun property nakapangalan sa owner, pag nag apply ka ng meralco nakapangalan based on the property owner even the water line. So clearly eto nakapangalan kay Victor Consunji. At ang sinasabi niya Conjugal property, kasi malamang the house for leasing was purchased/built when they got married na. So basically yun ang inilalaban ni Maggie, but by law, sole owner niyan si Victor. Kailangan macheck yan if sole propretiorship yan, or by company or personal bought na meron "or" o "and". Pero kung tinayo yan bahay na yan for leasing tapos under VCDC corporation, hindi yan conjugal kasi yun company ni VCDC is under VCDC by himself lang. Kaya yan may court order na ikandado at pinutulan ng meralco kasi by law, and technicality. Maggie should familiarized herself in legal matters lalo na sa property bago siya ikasal. Malamang din kasi meron yan silang pre nuptial agreement.

      Delete
    4. So if convicted, wala na karapatan sa mga conjugal property?

      Delete
    5. 12:09 I beg to diasagree with you. Courts tend to be more biased against a spouse who committed adultery. The judge usually orders alimony or spousal maintenance not to mention a greater portion of assets to the one being cheated on.

    7. 9:45 doesn’t she have pride tho? It baffles me why she cries foul for her conjugal ‘rights’ when we all know how much he despises her husband. Besides, adultery will be a disadvantage during the division of assets. Courts tend to be more biased against the spouse who committed adultery.

  33. She's changing her story. Una, may lease agreement. Ngayon, conjugal na. Hear me out, yung property na she's fighting for is not under her husband's name.

And ano mas mahalaga? Ego or peace of mind? Sana yun 3 hour meeting niya sa lawyers niya e sabihan naman siya na she doesn't need to post every move she does for the sake na masabing "may ginagawa sya". Because this is clearly what the other camp wants from her. To post every bit of details so they can use it against her. I hope Divina Law will not allow MW to tarnish their reputation. They better be good otherwise, this is a landslide win for VC! Nasa pangalan na niya ang Victory.

    2. Kasi naman paiba iba ang kwento niya. Nung una may lease of contract, ngayon conjugal na.

  58. Girl buy a house.

    ReplyDelete
  59. My theory, sa VCDC nakapangalan ang property. Not under Victor.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Bakit may lease? Imposibleng nagrerent lang si Victor. Kanila yung subdivision diba?

Brilliant!

  62. Fyi, townhouse is in the name of a corporation, VCDC. A corporation can own a property, like a person. The corporation is neither Victor nor Maggie. What is conjugal or community property is Victor’s shareholdings in the company. But unless Victor’s shareholdings are liquidated, Maggie cannot dip her hands into it, not yet. Until she becomes an heir to Victor. But with her adultery charges, and baka may prenup din sila, obviously the plan is to disqualify her as a guilty party from the conjugal or community property. Yan ang batas.

Open your eyes

If she wants everyone to value the meaning of "conjugal property" then why act like a single woman and parade her new bf eh hindi pa sila annulled?

If other women are putting her down, it's because she is giving us a bad rep. Do you think people here will take issues like divorce or marital abuse seriously if sya ang gawing example? Objectively, she's a liability to the changes we want at mas lalong makakawawa those women who aren't as fortunate as her.

    4. 232 first time mo sa fp? Usually here kapag may hiwalayan maski pa lalaki ang may sala at umamin na, mas marami pa ring Marites na sa babae ang sisi.

  66. I’m sorry, pero wala bang sariling bahay yung kapatid niya? Medyo off lang for me. Leave the place and focus on the upcoming court battle hindi yung sinasabay pa yung dramatics about their electricity being cut off.

    1. She should just make peace w/ his ex..talk and make a compromise. No fighting, no shouting..just peaceful talk like two educated individuals talking about business, their failed marriage and the best options for both parties. Settle amicably for the sake of their son..no socmed. People using socmed for grievances are so low..keep your life private, nobody cares! Don’t be the talk of the town!

  70. When you mention conjugal property it’s like acknowledging that your marriage is still active and NOT void. So based on this “announcement”, parang inamin na rin niyang guilty nga siya sa adultery.

She needs to get off social media lol. She’s digging her own grave deeper. Let your lawyer do all the talking, gurl.

    2. Adultery is hard to prove in court beyond reasonable doubt unless there is a child or nahuli sa akto. She doesn't have to acknowledge anything. She is still legally Mrs consunji.

  71. M has the right to stay kung conjugal property yan.

  72. I doubt conjugal yan. Diba nakapangalan sa corporation. Vic is separate and distinct from the corp. Hmm kaabang abang ang defense ni maggie. Ok din ang lawfirm na kinuha nya.

  75. Ghorl, less talk less mistake. Always remember that.

  76. Ang drama ng mag-kapatid na 'to! Puro arte!

Sabi ng lalaki , that unit is owned by DMCI . So paano magiging conjugal eh di naman personal property ni Victor. At Bakit may lease agreement ka ibig sabihin nag re-rent ka right? Nagbabayad ka ba Monthly Maggie? Kanino? Sino land lord mo? Ano ba talaga Leaser ka or property owner? Anyway, kung Conjugal property yan , so puede din mag move in si Victor at magpatira ng kamaganak and staff niya??? Just asking???

Ikaw out of the country ka, comfortable , may ilaw. Technically, your sisters doesn’t have the right to stay at that unit.

  80. Have some pride, Maggie. Conjugal or not, leave and prove to Victor that you are a smart and hardoworking woman and you and your sister can make it on your own.

  81. If I were Maggie, I’d let her lawyers speak henceforth. Do a press conference even. Once and for all. Maggie, shut up! If you want to win your case. Your social media posts may and will be used against you as admissions or confessions for later Court proceedings. Ikaw din, dami mo satsat full of inconsistencies.

  83. Why not do a Ruffa Gutierrez or a Sunshine Cruz? Wala silang napakinabangan sa mga ex. Nagtrabaho at bumili ng sariling bahay at sasakyan. Asan pride? Good luck nalang Maggie sa pinagagawa mo.

  84. Are they filing for annullment? They should so Maggie can get her fair share of everything.

  85. I think this is where the twist of the story is.

Wag jidgmental guys. In all likelihood, she has a looot more than you have. Real talk lang. Assuming na wala syang property probably makes you feel good because that should bring her down to your level but news flash, she's Maggie Wilson. Again, she has more than you do. So stopp na pls with this "she has no property" nonsense. Lol. Peace.
