    2. 10:42 exactly. So why strip others the choice?

No one is forcing anyone to have an abortion. People just need to have a safe option in case they need it

      Delete
    3. 11:39 if you still don’t think what she’s done is preaching then I think you need to recheck your skills in comprehension. Read between the lines. Ugh

      Delete
    4. 2:09 reading between the lines does not imply high comprehension. Ayan ang ugat ng miscommunication and disinformation. Paranoia even.

    5. Princess, a Born Again Christian, preaching for pro-abortion agenda. Go figure. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    6. 2:09 masyado ka lang judgmental. Take a chill pill. Mahirap yan masyadong praning. Always reading between the lines. Her life story is one of inspiration. Masyado ka lang nega

    7. 11:39 if she didnt want to preach she wouldnt post this right now na nagkakagulo sila sa U.S. re abortion. di mo gets yun?

Anyway it is against the law here so wala ng paguusapan. In your bad dreams na lang.

    9. 10:42 take your own advice- exactly what you said, its a case to case basis and the woman and only the woman involved should make the decision for herself. Period.

    10. 2.18 Well, what you are pushing for is illegal in the country you are in. So what is so hard to understand? Are you slow?

      Delete
    3. Have morals ka sa lagay na yan? Lol

      Delete
May regret, may pain, may pagsisisi.

    8. Being moral is also being judgmental? Then I don’t have morals pala because I don’t judge people.

    9. 10:47 I think pinagsisisihan nya. The message is clear- she regret it but she accepted her mistake n admits it thats why she’s sharing right now. Its like saying dont do abortion.

    6. 12:47 still, old men shouldn’t be making decisions for women and their bodies. Ang problema dyan ay pati health related abortions or in cases of rape or incest, bawal na rin, which hindi na yan pro-life dahil paano naman ang life ng nanay? Pro-birth lang ang tawag dyan.

      Delete
    7. 2:12, according to statistics, abortion from pregnancy due to incest and rape is only 1 percent. Meaning, 99% of abortion is due to convenience and unprotected safe between consenting adults. Terminating pregnancy due to mother's health is not abortion because you are choosing for the mother to live. Abortion is evil. Don't get pregnant and think terminating the baby is okay. I find it weird that people feel mad over animal abuse (which is rightfully so) yet feel okay with killing babies 🙄.

      Delete
    8. 2:12 Pro-birth talking point is just another lie perpetuated to scare women into being pro-abortion so they can truly think they'll be alone & helpless if they choose life. It's not true at all. Pro-life movement has thousands of crisis centers across the US

    12. 1:06 kahit conceived out of rape or incest, may karapatan pa rin yung bata. Basic human right ang right toive and it starts with the right to be born. That being said, society must strengthen institutions that support life in all its stages. From access to healthcare, child support (kasama na rin adoption policues )ara ma protect din yung child at di ma abuse, traffic etc.(

It’s just a precaution to think about it. Kasi as a woman, alam nya gaano kasakit na after ng abortion, di na sya nakakabuo. So, for the welfare din yan ng lahat ng kababaihan. Gusto lang nya kayo isalba sa possibilities based on her own experience.

    2. Hi sis, yes I agree 100%! I'm pro-choice.

      Delete
    3. 12:40 Hindi ba nya pinag-isipan before the procedure ang negative outcome?

      Delete
    4. Support 11:48. There are safe ways to do abortion but since it is criminalized in a lot of places, like PH, women/girls resort to insafe abortion practice that can negatively affect reproductive health. The more reason why it should be legalized, so women who need/want it can have access to a safe abortion.

      Delete
    5. The fetus is not a part of the mother's body. The unborn child is just inside the mother's womb and is a separate entity. Abortion is a crime. Period.

    6. I had an incomplete miscarriage that led to an emergency D&C surgery dahil nastuck yon placenta/tissue sa loob. Warningan na ako ng doctor na baka mahirapan ako magconceive after pero ito lang talaga yon option ko to stop the clotting. Kung iwait out ko isecrete lahat naturally baka maubusan ako ng dugo or magkainfection or sepsis.

      Delete
    13. 2:26 because it is really 'my body my choice' kasi who else would have the power and control over our body? Ibang tao ba? You speak of contraceptives but most of those contraceptives are for WOMEN, imagine we carry the burden to take the extra measure to avoid unwanted pregnancy but then let's say naka ligtaan ma inum yung pills and then we get pregnant, we suffer the consequences. While the men? They ALWAYS have the choice to be there or not be there for us. Kaya ang hirap, this is why women are speaking up. We need to be given a choice.

      Delete
Stop forcing women to have sex (no one stops men from having sex and they can impregnate women daily if they had sex with diffferentn women every day) aned stop forcing women to have children they do not want- this is for both the mother and the sake if the child once born.

      Delete
    15. 1:25 Actually abortion is not a crime. It is legal in many countries with advanced democracies. Notably, these countries are very peaceful with high quality of life and very low corruption.

      Delete
Kill rapists not babies. If nag-fail ang contraceptives, that's on you both ng ka-partner mo. Use protection both of you

  15. depende po yan sa situation. yung pasyente namin - ang tagal nilang naghintay to get pregnant . nung 2months na si baby sa tummy ni mommy to-be, na-find out na may breast cancer sya. Ang sabi ng surgeon, she can continue the pregnancy, but the cancer might spread kasi hindi pede mag-chemo ang nanay while buntis OR abort the baby to get treatment to get healthy then try again. so, kung ikaw ang nasa position ni pasyente, ano ang gagawin mo?

    5. 12:25 if she continue the pregnancy, It's not guarantee that she will see her child grow-up, or even witness the baby's 1st birthday. any cancer will spread if left untreated in a short period of time. Do u think the surgeon didn't consult with another breast surgeon/s before telling her the bad news?

      Delete

      Delete
    7. 12:25 You have to look at the bigger picture, may baby nga tapos yung baby lalaking walang nanay at si mister byudo. Plus the high chance of giving birth to a child with deformity.

      Delete
    8. Hindi dapat tayo mag decide nyan but the couple. But if gusto mo talaga ng opinion namin for the sake of discussion, they can continue with the pregnancy if kaya pa ni misis. They just have to delay the chemotherapy until medyo fully-developed na si baby. I've read a lot of miracle stories about babies born to mothers who are terminally ill.

Baka mamaya magkaroon pa siya ng magandang contribution sa society, so why rob her/him of that right. That's where the state should come in. If ever ipasa it should be regulated to the point na yung mga medically challenged lang ang pwede, like life & death situations. The thing is, marami aabuso dito. Yun ang dapat tignan dyan sa "my body, my rules" ekek nila.

    3. So you should pay for the child’s upbringing as well as the mother’s healthcare. While your at it, carry the child too. You should keep your religious beliefs to yourself. 7. 11:12 It is homicide. If you kill a pregnant woman, it’s double homicide. In Laci Peterson’s case, it was second degree murder as well because she was pregnant. Also, there’s only a fraction of women who got an abortion because of rape. Here in the Philippines, allowed po ang termination of pregnancies if it risks the life of the mother.

  22. Those who are against abortion, I just want to ask what do you consider as abortion and when do you think life begins? Because if you tell me life begins when an egg and a Sperm fertilize there will be no more ivf because of abnormal embryos discarded early on. I also ask what you think of miscarriage because the medicine taken for abortion is same as miscarriage which I learned when I suffered miscarriage. You can believe what you believe in but why should governments control our bodies and before saying you are against ask where you draw the lines. It can be easy to pass judgment when it’s not your body and not the circumstance you are in.

    1. It’s actually a Christian notion that life begins at conception. That’s why Jewish women, for example, are revolting na Christian values are being shoved down their throats eh the Jewish teaching is life begins at first breath, which is at childbirth.

Kulong abutin mo. Regardless of your beliefs and pro choice ekek

FYI, ang batas ay gawa lang ng tao and it can be changed. Kaya nga pinagdedebatehan yan kasi it’s not absolute na right or wrong.

    4. I’m not religious. I haven’t gone to church at all this year. Personally, life begins when the fetus has a heartbeat. Termination of pregnancies should only be allowed if the pregnancy is risking the life of the mother. If you had unprotected sex, take the morning after pill. In rape cases, the police would also give the morning after pill.

  24. Still it is a choice. She got her adopted girl because the biological mom did not abort the baby. That was a choice. It should not diminish the choices made by so many other women who choose abortion. Medyo off lang ang timing ng post when so many women are fighting for their right to choose. Also, since she had an illegal abortion, chances are she did not get the right medical care which affected her chances of getting pregnant later on.

Whether legal or not, there are women who will need this option for many different reasons. Realidad yan. Legalizing abortion and sex education is the answer talaga. In Europe ang baba ng unwanted pregnancy compared to Pinas na catholic country. Truth.

  26. Your right on your body lies around the the use of birth control. But once you conceive, the right to live belongs to that child; it is not yours. If you don't want the child, put the baby up for adoption. Nobody has the right to kill.

There are so many birth control methods available. Even if nakalimutan mo, there’s a morning pill option din. Why wait for it to be be a developed fetus before you decide to crush its skull, suck its flesh?

The law have all the right to regulate it.

Please note that almost all of illegal abortion usually done by unlicensed, not proper medically supervised and patago quacks doctors and midwives. That's why women in the US are fighting for a legal and safe abortion. Dahil pag nawala, mangyayari sa kanila nangyari kay Princess or worse mamamatay sila because of unsafe abortions.

  45. Part of fighting for abortion rights and legalizing it is the access to safe medical care. Kaya madaming botched abortions sa Pinas na meron health effects later on is because it is illegal and condemned by backwards Filipinos. Ang daling sabihin na ipaampon na lang ang bata kesa ipa-abort, eh bakit nag-dodonate ba kayo sa orphanages to help them raise those unwanted kids? Nag-aampon ba kayo ng sarili nyo since "every child is important"?

Bakit hindi kayo mag-adopt right now?

Then she tried to get pregnant again and could not anymore conceive.

It is up to the reader to find meaning in what she said. She isn't even preaching. She stated her facts. Yun lang.

Looks like she regrets her decision. And so who are we to judge her. Matuto po tayo maki-simpatiya. Libre po iyon. Masakit po maging nega. Peace to all.

Laura Prepon says a “devastating” abortion saved her life, a choice she may not have had today with the Supreme Court overturning its landmark 1973 decision Roe v. Wade.
“One of the worst days of my life was when I made the choice to terminate a pregnancy in the second trimester,” the “Orange Is the New Black” alum, 42, captioned a photo on Instagram Monday of herself standing under a rainbow.
“The devastating truth is that we found out the fetus would not survive to full term, and that my life was at risk as well. At the time – I had the choice.”
Prepon noted that everyone’s reason for seeking an abortion is different.
“I emphasize with anyone who’s been faced with this impossible decision,” she wrote.

  51. I used to believe that everything is BLACK and WHITE, no grey area. Then as I got along with life met other people from different walks of life, I became more understanding and empathetic towards them. I, personally won’t get an abortion because of my beliefs, pero mahirap magsalita ng patapos unless nandun ka na sa situation mismo. In saying that, I also believe I have no right to push my beliefs and opinions on other people. Making abortion illegal doesn’t prevent it from happening, what it does is open doors for unsafe abortion for women that can lead to complications and worse even death. It takes two to tango.
