    6. Bravo Mel Tiangco!

    7. Pinagdiriwang ninyo yung pagiging mataray niya no? Pero ang totoo, she displayed very unprofessional behavior.

This entire interview demonstrated Mel Tiangco’s unprofessional behavior and poor character, as well as GMA Network’s partiality to Leni and her tribe.

    4. @1:27PM bakit di ikaw magsabi ? Nagutos ka pa

      Delete
    5. She is professional.

    7. It is sad to note that award-winning journalists who are at the top of their game and most respected by their peers acted in a way unbecoming of their profession. It is like a doctor not treating a patient just because the latter is an enemy. Is this what unbiased news writing and reporting have become? We understand that journalists are also human beings with emotions just like ordinary people. But if they let their emotions get the better of them, how will viewers ever get to see the truth in what they are reporting?

      Delete
  8. Biased reporting if you ask me.

    1. Biased? Hahahah patawa ka baks

      Delete
    3. I'd rather watch and read news from a credible TV network kesa sa isang channel owned by a sex offender.

    5. 1:22 newscasters should practice containing themselves on air. Professionalism is important in doing your job.

      Delete
    6. Hello, 1:21. Kumusta! Si Mel to! chareng! To put some context, kasi ang sinsabe ni Sir Vic Rodriguez diyan, anyone ay welcome sa Marcos presidency dahil nga unity. So Tita Mel asked kung pati ba si Leni, welcome. Sasagot lang sya ng oo or hindi. Ganun lang yorn.

      Delete

  16. I don't know lang ha, I'm a kakampink but as a journalist, Mel should have composed herself to not be obvious na medyo biased sya sa interview. Again, she's supposed to live up with their tag line as a news anchor.

There is a very high probability of history being rewritten for the benefit of the thieves. Wake up. Kakampink ka ba talaga?? Or nagpapanggap ka lang 🤔

      Delete

      Delete
    3. Si anderson cooper nga very vocal ang pagka disgust kay trump and si mel hindi pwede. Hindi tayo sure kung kakampink si mel ha and she asked question with such passion kasi hindi nga makausap yang si BBM

      Delete
    4. Yes but you have to understand na tao rin sila, Pinoy, voter. Affected sila sa nangyari. 6 yrs of governance yung pinaguusapan

      Delete
    5. Basehan natin si Anderson Cooper?

      Delete
I'm talking about her professionalism here. I feel her disappointment sa tone nya but still, kahit siguro isang doktor at mortal enemy nya ang gagamutin nyang nagaagaw buhay, isasalba pa din nya regardless of her own personal sentiment.

      Delete
Pag reporting the news, doon ka dapat neutral. Facts only. Pero pag nag interview ka, you are representing your viewers and asking the right questions. That's what journalists do.

      Delete
    8. @10:33 pm true tama lang ginawa nya kasi on the spot interview yun, so dapat talaga ask question.

Go ahead. No one is stopping you.

      Delete
    2. WTH, so yun ang reason? Malaki nga problema ng Pinas kung voting out of sympathy or popularity.

      Delete

      Delete
    4. Sa mga voters talaga ang may problem kasi ang strategy nila marcos make bbm na kawawa, ina api, when in fact it's all just the truth ang pinupukol sa kanya, di sya nagko komento pero mga alagad nya gumagawa at nagpapakalat nf fake news for him

      Delete

      Delete
    6. 12:42 underdog si BBM? How? Eh ilang beses na nga nya and his clan dodged his cases eh. Take note too, sobrang lala ng mga ito for us to forgive them dhil n rin sa sila lang nman ang naglubog sa atin sa utang.

      Delete
Sad but this is reality.

      Delete
    8. Underdog? Spoiled rather he was not giving out interviews unless kaalyado nya puro spokeman nya taga sagot.

    2. 1:22 Mali ka jan, dito sa US alam mo ang standing ng news outlet, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NYT admitted and proud Democrat supporter, while Fox News is Republican.

  26. Media always favoring the yellows is one of the reasons why people hate dilawans/kakampink candidates.
I think malapit na ring mawala ang media outlets just like how unti-unting nawawala ang free TV.

    ReplyDelete
  27. May mga points si Ms. Mel na may come across as biased, but we’re living at a time where truth itself confronts a clear and present danger. Journalists owe it to their profession not just to deliver accurate news and commentary, but to stand unflinchingly behind forces for truth and democracy. I think that’s where she was coming from. And I salute her for her courage.

  33. Good to still have someone like Mel Tiangco around. Very different path from the one another (recently controversial) journalist took many years ago.

    ReplyDelete
  34. For her to put down her guards and show emotions on tv then there must be something questionable. That's not being biased but more of disappointment and she is brave enough to show it despite knowing the possible consequences.

    ReplyDelete

  38. Theres a thin line between matapang and bastos. Mel is the latter.

    ReplyDelete
  39. They are journalist. They should be neutral kahit sa harap ng camera lang sana. It just prove na may bias talaga ang mainstream media.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Naman kasi. Kung ako yung spokesperson sasagutin ko yung kuda nya about galing at talento: Of course we will put it into consideration, since 14M agrees with you that she does have galing at talento.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Can you blame these senior journalists? They have seen 1st hand what happened during martial law. They have experienced it. They lived it. The fact remains, BBM is shady. If he intends to serve honestly, a debate or an interview will not put him off. And these journalists have already sensed that this will be the trend of this coming administration.

  46. At the end of the day, this is the beauty/curse of democracy. It all boils down to preference. And for the 30M, that is the basic principle---in democracy your vote is as good as mine.

  47. As an avid kapuso viewer, dismay din po ako sa attitude ni Ms Mel Tiangco. Wag naman po ganun madam. 50. Grabe pagka unprofessional ni Mel caught on TV. So disappointed.

    ReplyDelete
  51. This is disappointing. Tapos magrereklamo sila pag hindi napaunlakan ng interview because of their obvious biases. Never mind sana kung yung segment ng report nya is just her analyzing and stating her opinion on the issue but she is interviewing someone. Stop asking obviously biased questions - you're wasting your interviewee's time.

    ReplyDelete
  52. And still in time they will Be calling BBM Mr.President..Hintay lng kayo ng ilang Araw dahil pag di nila masabi ang" Mr.President" tuwing mag babalita sila..makikita na ang "May Kinikilngan, serbisyong di tapat at walang katotohanan na yan,".

  54. Nag work ako sa ABS (entertainment) nung fresh grad ako with plans to shift sa news department dahil gusto ko maging newscaster. Even then (and this was around 2004-05) yung mga ka work ko knew that GMA’s news dept was on a different level. It’s considered as a no-no yung nag usap usap ang news achors ng TV Patrol a few seconds before it ends (like what Ted Failon and Noli De Castro do trading banter and all on air, kasi they are trained to be professional and impartial. Dapat Walang opinion na sabihin on air kasi it would influence the viewers, which is not what the show is all about. It’s about delivering facts, not opinions. As much as I am disappointed sa new prez, Medyo I found Mel unprofessional also. Dapat fair sila sa pagbabalita because that’s their job. My two cents lang naman.
