      Delete
    2. Panong naging pahina eh yan nga may booster na nahawa pa with symptoms. Nagkataon lang marami ng vaccinated but unvaxxed people are still having severe symptoms and dying. Wag pakampante na pahina na.

      Delete
    3. 12:53 Care to explain more?

      Delete
    4. Wag pakampante because covid has quiet but long term and serious effects. Lungs are permanently damaged and can’t function na as well as before, the brain is affected too (many people experience brain fog), there are cases in men that they experience erectile dysfunction, and many other serious effects according to studies.

      Delete
    5. Right now, if you are unvaxxed, kasalanan mo na.

    6. This is the problem with the mindset lately. It is not. If bakuado, you can atill get it. Pwedeng walang ganong symptoms pero pwede ring meron like what Pia had.

It's not din. This variant can be mild pero napakahaba pa ng lalakbayin ng covid. Pwedeng yung next mas malakas. That is how virus works.

  2. Pero kahit vaccinated ka, magkakacovid ka parin. So for me, social distancing is the key for both vaccinated & unvaccinated para di ka mahawa at makapanghawa

    1. True. Less likely to get covid and less likely na severe pag vaccinated but you can still get it. Di anting anting yung bakuna at di pwedeng isawalang bahala yung other guidelines like masking, distancing and testing.
I work in a covid referral hospital and the severe cases are the unvaccinated or those na may sakit to begin with at mahina immune system.

Puno na ba kami? Hindi pa pero andaming HCW na naka isolate dahil na covid kasi nag gathering/reunion over the holidays. Bakunado mga yun and most have boosters.

      Delete
    3. yes magkaka covid ka pa rin but if you are vaccinated di ka na at risk sa after effects ng covid. a lot died from the after effects of covid. lumalapot kasi dugo after covid. if unvaccinated na diabetic nagka covid pneumonia without being treated mga 2 weeks max biglang namamatay coz kinakain ng bacteria ang pancreas and kidneys. yung iba na stostroke or heart attack. How i know this? I lost 2 family members last jan 2021.. had their been a vaccine already that time they would have made it sguro.

      Delete
    4. Pero may mga namamatay din kahit bakunado

      Delete
    5. @12.35 trueeee!! Dami rin namatay kahit vaccinated! I am unvax had covid last 2020 pero mas malala pa symptoms ni Pia! And i stayed only at home withoit going to the hospitals. And now she's fully vax pkus booster still had worst symptoms. She made it, noy because of the vax but because she has a healthy life style that makes her immune system strong! Marami akong kakilala vaccinated pero mas malala pa ung symptoms.

      Delete

      Delete
    7. 12:35, ano point mo, useless ang vaccine? Of course may mamatay pa rin pero in general may laban ang majority sa Covid. Kalowka ka!

      Delete
    8. 12:35 If you treat covid as just a flu, even if you are vaccinated, you'll have less fighting chance.

      Delete
    9. nag ju-justify iyong mga hindi vaccinated😛

      Delete

      Delete
    11. 3:03 the virus mutates because of unvaccinated people like you! You were lucky the first time, you might not be as lucky next time.

      Delete
  3. Very well said. Pero teka ngkita sila ni handsome bf after UK nya dba? Wonderin if he’s okay. Lol concern sa bf? I like them both sana sila na talaga. Pagaling ka Queen Pia

  4. I have seen first hand that those who get poorly requiring ICU are non vaccinated or those who have comorbidities. So vaccines are still essential! And of course social distancing, face mask and hand washing.

    ReplyDelete

    1. This is true.

  6. Again and again and again

  7. Love you still Pia.Pero ikaw tong gala ng gala.Practice what you preach, ika nga.

Legit question.

      Delete
    4. 12:23am sadly yes. I did not partake in any social gathering over the holidays as in Christmas and NYE namin kami-kami lang kasi HCW ako and I limit my exposure sa iba and may infant ako pero tinamaan pa din kami. Yung culprit eh yung houseboy namin na pinauwi namin nung pasko. Yung mali namin di namin pina test and/or isolate pagbalik.

      Delete
    5. 12:23 Yung family ko nag solo ng celebration sa New Year & Christmas pero nag positive kami lahat kasi yung katabi ng mother ko sa office nag positive. You cant just stay at home, we all have different circumstances.

      Delete
    6. 2 AM, airborne ang covid, so kahit d lumabas ung tao pero kung may kasama ka sa bldg na carrier and may poor ventilation, pwedeng makahawa.

      Delete
Nasa pag iingat talaga.

      Delete
    8. 2:14 Meron kaming family friend. Yung kasambahay nagpupumilit umuwi sa kanila for the holidays. Pinayagan naman. Pagbalik ayun hinawaan yung ENTIRE family.

      Delete
    9. It means may lumabas pa din sa household.

      Delete

      Delete
    11. 10:27 Most infections come from the community, hindi sa hospitals/HCW

      Delete
    12. 10:27, 11:09 negative ako and i rarely buy essentials sa labas, puro online so bahay and work lang. Every 2 weeks ako pinapa RT pcr ng hospital and so far never pa ako nag ppositive. Yung nag positive samin aside from the houseboy is my brother.

      Delete

      Delete
    14. 3:19PM,11:09 here.Same tau. Yung iba kasi matitigas pa rin ulo.I have nothing against PIA.I still love her pero hindi na ako nagulat na nagkakacovid sya. Yang bakasyon at gathering magagawa naman natin after pandemic.

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Huh? 90 days? Parang 2 weeks lang nman magpapositive. Ang tagal nman.

      Delete
    2. Pinaparepeat on the 6th or 7th day to see if you will continue the isolation or not

      Delete
    3. Read the government guidelines. They changed it. Isolation period is now 7 days, then take an LFT on the 6th& 7th day. kapag negative, pwede ka na lumabas.

      Delete
    4. exactly my thoughts. bat ganun? Dito din sa NL after ng quarantine pede na ulit magwork or lumabas kahit pa nga may mild symptoms pa. pero dun sa test di na pinapaulit kasi nga positive pa din lalabas.

      Delete
    5. What she meant was the lateral flow test.you can do a test at home as the government provide the test kit for free.you the guideline is to isolate for 7 days repeat lateral flow test 6 and 7th of isolation .if negative you can go out and go back to work.

      Delete
    6. Maybe they got rapid antigen tests?

      Delete
    7. Di pinaparepeat dahil baka positive pa, yes. Pero hindi yun lagi ang case. May mga nag nenegative na after 10-12 days. I had it last year and I got tested on my 12th day (not mandatory) and I already tested negative. Pwede k naman magpa test kung bet mo after your isolation. So anong nakakapagtaka dun? Also, I didn’t know na may mga nag popositive pala upto 90 days 😱

      Delete
    8. I had covid last year. After 15 days from my 1st test, I got repeat pcr test kc required pagbalik sa ofc, positive ulit. Ayun, addtl 10 quarantine days sabi ng doh. 😔

      Delete
    9. Last year, nagkacovid din kaming apat sa pamilya, as in kaming lahat. After 14 days, pinatest ulit kami at nagpositive pa then after a week pinatest ulit kaming lahat at negative na.

Nagpa test ako ulit after 14 days kasi need sa work. Depende siguro sa immune system mo.

      Delete
    11. Baka nag rapid antigen sya. Rt-pcr is very sensitive kasi kahit dead virus na hindi na nakakahawa, nadedetect nya kaya lalabas pa rin na positive. Rt-pcr is recommended for diagnosing, rapid antigen naman pag pagaling ka na or patapos na isolation period

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. True baks. Gala pa more kasi. Common sense lang, if you don’t breach safety protocols like meet friends or families in a gathering where lahat chikahan, tawanan and sigawan and you do this unmasked, ayun langhap na langhap mo ang COVID.

      Delete
Its where you go. Dapat well ventilated ang place. Kung sa beach or mountain, why not? So sana wfh pa rin as much as possible.

      Delete
  12. Ewan ko sayo, Pia! Eh ikaw yung di role model travelling relentlessly and showing off your rendezvous... walk the talk!!!!

  13. Inuuna kasi gala at lovelife

The numbers you have now are the number we had months ago. We just learnt how to live it.

      Delete
  16. Her message was on point. I just don't understand why so many risk it. This has spread badly because people couldn't make sacrifices during the holidays.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Feeling immune ka dzai? Ang virus hindi po namimili? Unless kung nakampante ka?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Lakwatsa? Gala?

    ReplyDelete

Nakakaloka!

      Delete
    2. Question, nandito lang ba sya sa Pinas?

      Delete

    4. Those who can afford to stay at home means hindi kailangan mag work para Mabuhay

      Delete
    5. 2:54, shut up. Many people know the value of sacrifice during the pandemic, gets mo. Nonsense ka nang nonsense.

      Delete
😂 As in every year pwede kang umuwi ng Pinas pero na try mo na with a 1yr old at 2 yr old bumyahe? Nagtry kaming magbakasyon within the country lang at ang stress ko parang di kayang sukatin. 😑

      Delete
    7. 02:54 what are you saying so yung pamilya nya once a year nya lang nakakasama or kita? Sige, pero yung jowa nya unli ang kitaan di matiis even during pandemic. Loko loko, sige nga so sino mas matimbang

      Delete
    8. Wow pag inggit pikit! Hahaha! Vaccinated ako with booster few days ago. I live in Eu but I travel a lot. I don't go to clubs or parties and I'm always wearing mask, ALWAYS, N95 pa! Common sense na dapat protect yourself pero wag nyong pakealaman yung taong gustong mag travel! Two years na ang pandemic, kulong parin ba sa bahay? Ano gusto nyo kulong parin in the next four years? Kaloka kayo

      Delete
  21. I hope people would stop Covid shaming people. Instead of showing compassion, naging aggressor rin kayo. Apart from covid, mental health is another problem that we’re dealing with.

  22. eh super rampadora ka teh

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  28. Check Mommy Cheryl's blog. Explained paano nag ka covid si Pia. Mahalaga mild lang yung kanya. Covid is part of our lives na. Basta boost your immune systrm and mindful of your neighbors

    ReplyDelete
Tapos later sesermonan mo yung iba? LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Kung rumarampa palage at nagka COVID, I would suggest to keep it to yourself and your family. Wag na maging 'preachy' kase you didn't walk your talk. No need naman ipangalandakan nagka COVID.
