    1. Pinagyabang kasi niya na he had totally NO EXPERIENCE working sa BPO tapos he got hired agad as Project Manager kaya maraming nagduda bakit siya kukunin ng ganun agad ang position.

  2. and so ? prestigious naman BPO ah

Project manager for external events, which is connected to his profession.

Unang una LIFE IS NOT FAIR. Get over it!
O ayan, sinagot niya na external events for the company.

  4. Bat big deal yung pagpost nya sa pagtrabaho sa BPO?

    1. Kasi project manager agad, walang previous experience sa BPO or any corporate job. Which is normally not the case.

    1. Bitter. Some guys have all the luck. You don't. Life is unfair and that's a fact so deal with it.

  6. Being an employee will not give you time freedom but it will teach you a lot of things. Tulad nya, he learned to compose corporate emails. You will also learn team work, handling a process, managing workload. Kaya ang anak ko after college, Id let her work for 2-3 years siguro before letting her handle our small enterprise. Maliit man sahod minsan sa employment, madami din matututunan.

  7. OA ng mayabang na to.

  8. Comment kasi reeks of privilege:
    - the need to mention na “manager” role despite the absence of experience. It will definitely earn the ire of those who are toiling to achieve the status
    - in relation to the above, best to have called it like it is. I am inclined to take the high road and not blame him for the usage. Pero for those who are reading this, a manager is a title reserved for a high position. Giving the benefit of the doubt lang.
    - 3 months? Seriously? Worth that post as if it was an ultimate sacrifice for someone in showbiz to go down to the level of *shudder* getting—nay settling—for a BPO job?
    4. Would have been more post-worthy (and yes I know it’s his page pero he made SUCH a big fuss out of it) if he indeed underwent the challenges of being employed in a BPO environment which is what he led people to believe in his original post

    1. 1:07 dami mong sinabi.

    2. 1:07 You’re one of those who say half empty instead of half full no? So negative.
In what way does it reek of privilege? He WAS given a managerial role. (Doesn’t matter if it’s a real managerial role or in name lang) He is happy and proud to have been given that position. So when a person is grateful and happy, and he tells other people about it, it means it reeks of privilege na pala?? The problem really lies with you 1:07, not with him.
Also, wake up! The word ‘manager’ is not as high as it used to be. Siguro sa panahon niyo po noon, yes. But nowadays it’s different. Like 6:49 said, they stick the word ‘manager’ to various roles.

You’re mocking his 3 month tenure? Now who’s the one reeking of kayabangan?? It was the job given to him. He was grateful, he learned a lot in that short period. Just because it was short, doesn’t mean it wasn’t an important event in his life. How dare you mock someone else’s journey. Obvious eh, cause YOU’RE the one making a big fuss about his post. He posted it because he was happy it happened. He’s proud of what he did, and what he has learned from the experience. But YOU , you’re the one who has so many issues. You’re the one reeking of privilege. You think you’re the only worthy enough to post of work experience and hardship, cause other people’s hardships are useless compared to yours. TSK iba ka, sobrang toxic. It’s not too late to change you know.

  9. Correct me if I'm wrong... I think na bash siya kasi sabi niya sa original post, he got a managerial work sa BPO. E that's kinda unfair kasi nasabi niya ring wala siyang experience, tapos managerial post kagad? Tapos di pa pala sya marunong magformal email, manager kagad?

Tsk tsk.

  17. Daming inggitero. Business owner yan si juancho, so CEO siya on his own.

Hahaha.... Previledge people, akala achievement ung ganun.

    1. 12:03 Pag happy and grateful ang isang tao, whatever they say will be deemed as ‘nagyayabang’ ng mga taong insecure at nega. That’s a fact.

      Delete
  20. Pinagmalaki pang 3 months exp hahaha... Thats not even resume worthy.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
So, ANONG PROBLEMA DUN? Pakisagot.

  21. Pinagyabang pa kasi 3 buwan ka lang pala. Sana sinarili niyo mo na lang. Lahat kasi pinopost kahit ultimo maliit na bagay.

  22. ang dating kasi na due to pandemic no work kaya pati call center pinasok na nya, parang degrading pa ang dating at sinabibg 3 mos lng nman, parang maski papa o nakatulong na rin & don ka lng natuto mag formal e-mail,di ba yan tinuro sa school mo,bragging ka pa san kangraduate ha

  23. Masama lang loob namin mga taga-BPO industry kasi it's like he only deigned to work in the BPO industry kasi wala na syang options. He could have said it was a project manager role so BPO workers had a clear idea. My two cents lang.

  24. I’ve been in the corporate world for more than a decade and I’ve experienced working in BPOs as well.

It took hard work, dedication, exemplary work ethics, focus and EXPERIENCE for me to get where I am right now, so yung mga ganyang post from someone bragging about getting a job with a non-entry level title, eh nakakairita talaga.

Also, I studied in a prestigious school, pero based on experience, hiring managers don’t care kaya wag niyo masabi sabi na it’s because he’s from a “good school”.
