    2. As if naman ang movies nila Liza may advocacy rin before. Chusera! Lol.

      Delete
    5. Advocacy kuno ng mga celeb just to stay relevant.

      Delete
Fb university? College of Instagram? Nakakatawa kayo pa relevant na artista.

      Delete
    7. maka basura ka naman 1.08. e sa yun ang binigay na pelikula sa kanila as loveteam. anyway, nagsabi ng saloobin about sa poster, wala ng kredibilidad? mas walang kredibilidad ang mga taong mababaw ang pang unawa sa mental health at mas inuuna magbash sa kapwa kesa i educate and sarili.

    8. Bakit kasi kailangan ipost pa yung mga personal opinions or impressionsor questions nila. Kung gusto ng clarification contact the director or producers or actors directly.

      Delete
    9. SJW nga. I think it's a generation thing. We from the 80s are nicer and hard workers. Di kami pa woke pero walang substance in real life.

      Delete
    10. Pareho kayong may point 1:42 and 1:55.

May problema ba doon? We need more people like liza. Palaban at may utak di yung pabebe.

      Delete
    12. Wow 1;55 Kung maka “Celebrity LANG Kayo” ka dyan. Tao tayong lahat at pwede tayong may pinaninindigan at pinaglalaban.

Yung attitude mo ang problema Hindi yung Kay Liza.

      Delete
Pero we're trying to educate people pa about this.

      Delete

      Delete
    15. Meron talagang over ang pagiging SJW pero in this case naman valid yung point ni Liza and yang topic about mental health should be discussed by everyone bec lahat tayo dumadaan jan.

    16. 2:14, in a perfect world, maganda iyan. In a real world, tingnan mo kung ano ang nangyayari sa mundo.

      KA-PANSIN PANSIN SI LISA.

      hindi nya need mag papasin.

      halerrr?

      meaning=newsworthy sya.

      like duh?

      Delete
    3. OA siya. She should’ve just reached out directly to anybody from the production or the director. Papansin siya talaga.

      Delete
    4. News worthy kasi sikat na artista. Does not mean that she's right all the time. Wala pa syang napatunayan sa buhay noh,

      Delete
    5. She is a celebrity, aminin mo man o hindi, her opinion matters more than yours and more than the opinions of the stars of this pathetic movie.

      Delete
    3. 1:47 Which is a very cheap gimmick but no doubt was intentional kasi nga gimmick.

      Delete
    4. Nope, I would be offended. Dahil nino-normalize nya ang pag-insulto sa mga taong may sakit sa ulo. This is BS.

      Delete
    5. 1:47 nung nakita ko ang poster, ang naisip ko slapstick comedy na hindi ako interesadong panoorin

    2. Correct!! Ridiculing mental health issues

      Delete
    3. 12:29 For me, wla akong issue s title. Pro s poster, may pagkaquestionable sya. Pinalala p ng director's reputation ang pagiging questionable nya. But still hoping n okay itong movie since nandyan si Gina and Baron. Most especially Baron n known n grabe ang pinagdaan due to his mental health issue.

      Delete
    4. 12:48 disappointing na actors of their calibre allowed themselves to pose for such a disgusting poster. You can't even call it art.

      Delete
    5. Me, too. I find the poster misleading. And I'm no social justice warrior. I lived it. Anxiety disorder and panic attacks. Ngayon naman, my own daughter may pinagdadaanan din and nasa suicide watch. No problem sa subject matter but they could have been more circumspect about visual presentations particularly sa poster as its a very serious and grave matter to deal with especially during these trying times.

      Delete
    6. So insensitive and pathetic, all for the love of money ugh!

      Delete
    7. 12:48 saktong ang title sa poster? Sis, 2021 na pero ganyan pa rin yung idea ng mga tao about mental health. May stigma pa rin

      Delete
    3. may right sya magresponse. si liza ang walang right makialam sa project ng iba. echusera

      Delete
    4. 1:47 palaging papansin? eh relevant naman talaga palagi

      Delete
    5. 12:29 Ikaw naman te! Malamang may response sya, direktor sya e. At siguro naman may angkin syang pagka henyo kasi hindi sya magiging direktor kung wala. E yung nag comment sa poster, tingin mo isang henyo? Ni hindi nga non alam meaning ng refugee e lol

      Delete
    6. "At siguro naman may angkin syang pagka henyo kasi hindi sya magiging direktor kung wala." LOL 10:22AM masyado ka generous.

      Delete
    7. 1:47 true. Pa relevant lang naman. Kung lalawakan ang isip, wala naman katawa tawa sa poster. Nasa isip lang ng tao at ng tumitingin kung ano ang magiging perception nya sa poster. Haays. Psych graduate ako pero I didnt see any harm. It's a movie and part of promotion.

      Delete
  6. The poster is not for everybody. Some people will get offended but it speaks accuracy. I understand liza’s opinion about it. I also understand the producers’ thought on why he chose this kind of marketing strategy. No need to bash because we have our own opinion. Personally, i dont find the poster bad because it is just a poster.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Its not just a poster. It labels them na tililing.

      Delete
    2. Accuracy on what? You mean to say all those with mental health problems look like those in the poster? You better educate yourself. What Liza is concerned about is the stigma the poster brings that people with mental health issues are perceived as "crazy" or what the title connotes as may tililing.

      Delete
    3. agree. just like the famous idiom "do not judge the book by the cover".

      Delete
    4. The term Tililing and facial expressions like that calls to mind yung mga pambubully ng mga bata. Very wrong. Imagine you have mental illness, you've recovered, tapos bubungad sa iyo ganyan? Parang nangungutya at tinatawag kang Tililing. Tsk!

      Delete
    5. Seryoso ba ung iba dito? Do you even think Ms Candy and Ms Gina will agree to this shoot kung feeling nila offensive ung tema?

That's how far behind ang mentalidad ng karamihang Pinoy, so sad..

      Delete
Labas dila, mukhang may sapi? Accurate ba yang depiction na yan?

And that ladies and gents is why maraming hindi humihingi ng tulong.

      Delete
  7. You don’t need to show your tongue like that if gusto mong iparating na mensahe ay about mental health.

So many people look so well on the outside but so broken on the inside.

So, I’m with liza on this one. Stop the stigma.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Agree. Ano kaya un, bakit lahat nakalabas ang dila.😑 Kung naglagay din sana ng malungkot, nakangiti etc, mas napakita ung faces of mental health.

      Delete
    2. It's just a poster. OA

      Delete
    3. 1:17 True. Bakit kelangan lahat ng dila nakalabas. As if lahat ng may mental issues sa paligid natin puro labas dila. Hay. Wacky- dila. Sexy- dila. Funny- dila, happy- dila.

      Delete
    4. Thanks for putting that into words! On point sinabi mo.

      Delete
    5. Ako rin, hindi pabor sa poster.

      Delete
    6. I agree. I don’t understand why all them were showing their tongues. I worked in a psych hospital and these are not the faces of my patients. They all look normal outside. Unless they all have tardive dyskinesia

      Delete
  8. Liza, don't judge the book by its cover kasi po diba? Nag-judge ka kaagad based lang sa poster.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Did you even understand what she meant? She hopes to break the stigma that people with mental health are perceived to be crazy just how depicted in the poster.

      Delete
    2. You are sugar coating. Mental health means crazy may it be little, harmless or harmful. It's better to be brutally honest. Wag fake pwede?

      Delete
  9. Im glad that Liza and Baron are both open minded person on this case since this topic, mental health, is very sensitive. Also, I dont see ill intention from Liza's comment about the poster.

    1. True! Storytelling is trash.

    1. Actually hindi nila naintindihan ang pov ni Liza, ang point is the poster portrays that Mental Health issue looks like that.. kelangan mukha kang baliw or anything which is causing a stigma to those who are suffering.

2021 na alam natin na ang mental health issue is not limited to that, may mga mukhang masaya, well dressed, well mannered- pero suffering from depression.. That’s why people have to hide their issue, dahil sa ganyang portrayal.. “anong may mental health issue eh mukha ka namang okay?”

      Delete
    2. So ano?

      Delete
    3. Bless you for thinking there's "creativity" in the works of Darryl Yap, 6:38.

      Delete
    4. Hindi, how about being creative and relevant at the same time?

  13. For me Liza was right IMO

    1. 12:46 Me too. Minsan parang nakikisawsaw sya sa issue. But this time, she has a valid point. Off ang poster.

      Delete
  14. Ayaw kong magpaka sjw dahil di din ok kung sobra sya which is what is happening nowadays pero may something off sa poster. Just look at Girl Interrupted movie poster. Memorable, edgy pero not offensive. Anjan si Candy na may anak na in that condition kaya i guess the movie is not "bad" or else di sya sasali jan

    ReplyDelete
  15. kse naman liza, u should have constructed your message in a different manner. Syempre ang nega na kagad ng connotation ng salitang 'it's a No for me'

    ReplyDelete

    1. Its a no for me rin naman.

      Delete
    2. 12:52AM True haha dun din ako naloka sa "its a No for me" e syempre ang daming fans din ni Liza edi nainfluence nya in some way mga yun na wag din manuod with just that statement diba? ang atake ni girl parang lagi naghahanap ng kaaway.

      Delete

      Delete
    4. Yung Really nya ang mataray. Feeling mabait.

      Delete
    5. Bakit sobrang sensitive nyo sa sinabi ni liza eh its a no for her eh masama ba yun? Di kayo sanay sa mga babaeng vocal?

      Delete

      Delete
    7. Nothing wrong with 'it's a no for me', parang it's not for me lang naman. Ayaw ko eh. But i'm not taking it against you if it's a yes for you (anudaw?) basta ganon. Kanya kanyang trip. Pero may platform si liza na makaimpluwensya. Eh di gamitin nya.

      Delete
    8. @252; hindi naman kontra mga tao sa statement ni liza, at hindi rin naman palagay ko mahina kokote nila para di maintindihan ang context ng sinasabi nya. we totally understood the gist of it, but she could have approached it in a more prudent way. hindi mo naman cguro ikinatalino ung pagintindi sa caption nya diba

      Delete
  16. Whatever the content and the goal of the movie is, the title and the poster is inappropriate in my opinion.

    ReplyDelete

    5. The reason why you better watch the movie first before being judgemental by it's poster.

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. i think both sides have valid points pero everyone is scrutinizing and trying to find fault when no one has seen what the movie is about.
to your point 1:22. you also explain to kids the title of the book "the subtle art of not giving a F*ck?", "the scarlet letter", etc?
this is a poster and a title of a movie. yes, it can be advertised a different way but what is so offensive in this poster and title? it is meant to catch attention, promote visual stimulation and curiousity for people to watch the movie.

      Delete
    2. We're not talking about the movie 2:21. Poster is promotional material so yan ang unang makikita. Nakakasakit sa damdamin yan, may kamag anak ako na nagsuffer for years and is still suffering sa mental illness. Try to be more sensitive.

    3. 3:07 kung may heart at good head sya minessage nya sana yung producer or kahit sinong nasa likod nyan. hindi yung nagpapansin sya publicly. binebenta yung movie so paano pa yan kikita kung inunahan nya na ng nega. minsan hindi lang bugso ng damdamin pinapairal, utak din.

    ReplyDelete
  22. What’s wrong with Liza’s comment? Maayos naman yun message niya. Hindi naman bastos or naghahamon.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Title and poster is problematic. And the word na tililing is degrading. I am with Liza on this one.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Derogatory word yung tililing. Syempre may magrereact and maoffend talaga.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  27. How could Lisa not react to that poster? Mental health is a big issue everywhere in the world. In other progressive countries, they treat this with urgency and a national problem. That’s why they have Mental Health Awareness months, free consultations and mental health hotlines. Judging from most of the comments here, Philippines is far behind in recognizing this issue. The stigma is so alive. No wonder some people resort to suicide rather than talk about their mental problems. Gising na mga kababayan. Bashing also leads to mental problem. Both the basher and the person being bashed.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Mabuti pa si Baron he knows how to answer with such kindness and humility. Kung lahat sana ng tao kagaya niya sumagot, imagine how humanity would be.

  31. It’s hard to even say that word ‘Tililing’. How would you feel if people will call you by that? Masakit di ba?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Stop defending Liza. I honestly find her trying too hard at times.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I actually get the poster and the title kung bakit ganoon. Or baliw. Ganon. Hence the title and the poster. Gets?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Im with Liza on this

    ReplyDelete
  35. The same thing happened with Ang Pangarap Kong Holdap. Over sensitive people without even knowing what the movie really is. Pero ayun pangit din naman yung movie na yun, old school humor, sana lang maganda talaga tong movie na to.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Knowing Darryl yap and his toddler high chair, my expectations for this movie is low. So don't apologise liza.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  38. Masyado na sensitive mga tao. In the near future comedy will become extinct na. Ang hilig mag generalize at magsalita for others.

    ReplyDelete
  39. The poster along is a mockery! What an irony. They could do better.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Tama naman si Liza. Sa Pinas Kasi kapag may mental health problem either Hindi siniseryoso o pinagtatawanan. There are times toxic and backward thinking ng kultura natin.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Bat andami ditong galit sa young social justice warriors? Nothing wrong with fighting for a cause. And actually, it's one of the traits of Gen Z: idealistic and they're not afraid to speak out.
Liza, Kakie, Greta Thunberg, Parkland shooting survivors, etc are all very vocal for they're causes. Lahat sila lumaki na may internet na and are not afraid to use it as a platform to speak out. In the first place, sila ang dumatnan at tatanggap ng bulok na mundo na pinabayaan ng mga boomers, gen x'ers.
Go Liza and all idealistic young people. You have a platform and a voice and continue using it for good. Let all those old fogies stay salty.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Both parties need to learn diplomacy and being politically correct.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Come on people open your mind personally speaking wala akong nakikitang Mali sa poster now matter how hard we deny it that's how we perceive "tililing" right? Kase yang ganyang ginagawa nyo bandaid solution lang yan We just need to be open minded and stop this oversensitivity shit. it's art honestly plus nasa context na promotional material ito para sa movie and they doing great kase it draws curiosity on people and make them eager to watch it so it's effective now what we should criticize is the script in order to that we have to watch the FULL movie not just a clip of it I repeat FULL Length! And to Ms. Liza if you really want to stop the stigma about mental health if you are really advocating it start with your circle yeah, then next yung mga fans mo yes I know na aware ka may fan account ka right?

  45. she meant well, but she could have approached the director or artists involved personally

  46. Hindi porke you mean well magiging positive din ang result. Now this movie is being bashed ng mga supporter ni Liza. Minsan pigil pigilan natin sarili natin magmagaling.

  47. Tama si Liza. Besides, ang jologs ng poster.

  48. My son has autism, my lolo has dementia. This movie title and it's poster offended me.

  49. When I look at the poster, first reaction ko is what people do when they see someone with mental health problems (like taong grasa or yung may sayad). Whether we admit it or not, some people make facial expressions like that para pagtawanan or tukuyin yung mga taong may "tililing". They could have chosen a different title or poster but with the director's history, we should know by now na ganyang ang gusto niyang reaction para mapag-usapan.

  50. I have mental illness but I don't get offended with the Poster or the word tililing.

It's an indie film it's raw, let's not limit the thinking of the people behind this film. Kung may nilabag, let the right people action this. People are so easy to be offended nowadays.

    1. People with real mental illness won’t admit they have mental illness.

    2. @125 when you have come to terms with yourself then madali lng sabihin ang mental illness. I have it kaya alam ko. Mas madali to recover and cope if you will accept it and share what you are going through dahil you have a support system.

    3. 1:25 What an uneducated thing to say! I am a licensed counsellor, and that is not true at all! Many people who have gone through counselling and therapy can easily admit that they have mental health problems, and that is why they sought help!

  51. While Liza’s intentions is to spread awareness, she could have asked first the context of the photo.

  52. Google TARDIVE SYNDROMES that would pretty much explain everything

  53. What if the title and the photo just wants to show the normal perception of filipinos on mental health? And the movie will be the one to break this normal stigma. Sana she did not judge the movie by its poster lng knowing na ang mga cast ay alam at may pinagdaanan sa mental health.

  54. Pag si Liza talaga nagsalita nagiging national debate. ibang klase.

    1. That's how relevant she is. Her opinion matters because if it doesn't, deadma na lang sana mga tao

    2. Her physical beauty has a lot to do with it. Aminin!
Kung nagsalita siya at di siya kagandahan, even though she had a brilliant mind, walang papansin.

  55. Liza might be feeling entitled. Lagi na lang syang epal. She gets offended for almost everything. And her line na "its a no for me", sino ka ba? Then keep that 'no' opinion to yourself.

    1. She has her own opinion like you have yours! Anlabo!

    2. Liza is not entitled! She has gone through anxiety & depression that's why she gave her opinion about that! Ano ba akala niyo? Wow!

  56. I am not offended but they could have done better. 😑

So yes, Liza has a mind of her own! Tanggapin niyo man o hindi, anything she says laging may impact.

  60. Nood muna bago react.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Parang napaaga yta pagreact at pagiging judgemental. Yun mga ksma sa casts moatly ay may pinagdaanan issues with mental health and they did the movie. Specially Candy, if the movie will instill a stigma with those people with mental health problems, i bet she'll not accept the movie offer.

  62. Mas gusto ko na yung maingay at palaban kahit mapahamak, kaysa sa tahimik na go with the flow at laging nasa safe side lang! Go Liza!

  63. dapat nagsuggest sya kung pano improve ung poster di ung basta lang magcomment. ika nga e, to criticize is the easiest. ok lang magcriticize pero dapat may follow na suggestion for improvement
