  3. Hay naku na lang. Juice ko naman talaga! Ito ba talaga?! Wala ng iba?

    ReplyDelete
  4. Hahahahha.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Gosh, nakakahiya. Anu b Roque? UP tlga?

    ReplyDelete
  6. This statement really triggered me!! Sir what we are battling is the virus not UP. And our goal is to flatten the curve not to beat the UP predictions. Tatatwanan tayo ng ibang bansa sa pinagsasabi mong nanalo na tayo kasi the numbers are still increasing pa. There's no reason to celebrate ok!!

    1. Friend, gusto nga awayin ang WHO.

  8. This country is going nowhere in this pandemic

    ReplyDelete
  10. Well you voted for this government and still not regretting it. Ginawang katawa tawa ang covid issue and are focusing on abs cbn franchise which is obviously politically motivated.

  11. Spokesperson wag ka mag salita ng ganyan. Pag tatawanan tayo eh.

    ReplyDelete
  15. As usual, so cheap...

    ReplyDelete
  16. Him trying to be funny.. jusko lord! Kawawang pinas.

  18. May oras din kayo. Gawin niyo ng mabuti ang trabaho niyo.

  19. I do not get the hate towards his statement. I think he meant that the UP prediction of worst scenario did not happen, just like organizations like WHO who predicts. He was congratulating, maybe because of the precautionary measures the Philippines did to contain the virus? Though he could have rephrased it instead of saying congratulations. Masyado na ata talaga tayong balat-sibuyas.

    P.S. hindi ako tard.

    1. Lolz prediction ng UP is 40k, currently ang confirmed cases is 37k. There’s only such a small difference that’s it’s laughable to say na panalo sila, if they did more testing for sure mas madami pa sa 40k ung cases. I’m wondering if they held up testing just so they can put out these statement!

      Delete
    2. The government and IATF consult with UP data scientists. The latter provides analysis and recommendations. Hindi ko rin ma gets kung bakit pinagtatawanan ang statement ni Roque when somehow we should be glad na din na 3k short tayo sa 40k prediction, dagdag perwisyo pa yang 3k sa mga frontliners kung sakali...

      Delete
    3. Wow this statement.

      Delete
    4. 3:15, lol, cases in pinas are still rising baks. They are predicting 60 thousand cases by the end of July. Anong say mo? Celebrate ka na.

      Delete

      Delete
    8. I get your point. Yes, we exist. Yun mga taong papalag pag me mali gobyerno pero rerespeto pa rin where it is due.

      Delete
    9. 3:15 huwwwaaaaatttt???!!!!

      Delete
    10. Ang galing pala, 2 in 1 pala ang trabaho niya presidential spokeperson at joker. Napatawa talaga ako sa joke niya. Jester na jester ang peg

      Delete
    11. he got all the hate coz apparently he’s lying again and again and again. Sa DOH website as of June 28 we have more than 46,000 positive cases na yet this Roque is claiming we won against UP duh

      Delete
    12. Haha exactly! PS. Hindi din ako Tard haha

      Delete
    13. Same, 3:15. Malinaw naman na he meant the prediction by UP. I was baffled by Luis' reaction, di ata niya naintindihan. :D

      Delete
    14. Tard ka. Aminin mo na.

      Delete
    15. Yes you are!

      Delete
    16. walang balat sibuyas dito. you get his point naman pero do you think we need to celebrate those things? panalo dahil nabeat yung prediction ni UP? that's nonsense.

      Delete
    17. if you cannot see the problem then you are one of the problems lol around 36.5k na yung cases yesterday compared to UP's prediction na 40k. 3k difference may back log and you that's worth celebrating? people are dying from the virus and the hunger and he's congratulating the country for what?"beating" a university? come on man. hindi tayo mananalo hanggat hindi ma-flatten ang curve.

      Delete
    18. yes, you are šŸ˜‚

      Delete
    19. The thing is, this is not really the case. DOH hasn't been truthful with their data and there are thousands of backlogs pa. So to say that the spread slowed down is false and shouldn't be celebrated.

      Delete
    20. 3:15 the problem is, parang ang dating tuwang tuwa sila na na beat UP prediction but in reality, pataas pa rin ng pataas ang cases. Ndi dapat kina katuwa yan. Ang trend is pataas pa rin. It simply is NOT enough to “beat” the UP prediction.

      Delete
    21. The issue is not beating the prediction but beating the virus. The numbers are increasing so how can he say na panalo na ang Pilipinas? Ni hindi pa nga nagpe-peak ang Pilipinas. And It could have been set-up in a way that testing was done slowly or in a lesser capacity para lang masabi na hindi umabot ng 40k ang positive cases at may “good news” kuno.
Sometimes you have to be a bit critical & analytical to understand if what they say makes sense.

      Delete
    22. 315 tard. What is there to congratulate? And what precautionary measure did Philippine government do that you're saying?

      P.S. Tard spotted DDS

      Delete
    23. People are sick, or dying or out of work. The last thing we need is the government patting its own back just to look good in spite of obvious failure to contain the crisis

      Delete
    24. what is wrong is his manner, how excited he became when he realized na na-beat ang UP prediction. It just shows na yun LANG ang goal, ang nde makarating sa 40k, and not to really fight covid. nde to pagbabalat-sibuyas. disappointment to. we are expecting more from our govt, kasi we did our part during the quarantine period, many of us lost vital amount of resources, tapos ETO LANG? ang matalo LANG ang UP prediction eh winning na sa kanya? I understand that we have to appreciate any amount of positivity esp during this time, pero naman, lives are at stake. our medical frontliners have been drained. don't belittle our disappointment as mere pagbabalat sibuyas, please lang.

      Delete
    25. This. I get his statement and the victory that comes along with it. Hinde lang na phrased ng maayos. Sometimes you have to find small wins even in the hardest trials. Small wins are still wins

      Delete
    26. Our curve is on the decline sa deaths, 8:16. And Philippine fatality rate is substantially below world fatality rate. Also, mababa ang cases and deaths per 1M population natin compared to other countries so I can say generally that we're still doing things right.

      Delete
    27. What are we supposed to be congratulating ba? Congratulations for the slow reporting! 46k positive individuals according to DOH pero 37k pa lang ang confirmed and naguundergo ng contact tracing. Congrats!

      Delete
    28. 2:15 really??? How can u really consider 'beating the UP prediction' wins??? Angvtotoo kalaban ntin dito is the VIRUS!!!! Gosh, mag isip k nga ng ayos.

      Delete
  20. Hahahahaha, more insanity in pinas. Kaloka. Everything here is a joke.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Omg. Joke joke lang in the middle of a pandemic. Shamless and useless.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Total waste of our tax money. Hopeless.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  24. Tard. Palusot ka pa.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I agree with you 3:15, ung prediction ng UP which was 40k cases ang na beat hnd ang UP.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. 7:38 marami po hndi p natetest and backlog, kaya 100% sure n mas mataas ang bilang. šŸ™ƒšŸ™ƒšŸ™ƒšŸ™ƒ

      Delete
    2. 44k na talaga yung cases nung nagspeech yang si roque per doh tracker.. pero dahil andaming backlog, 37k lang yung verified. he is wrong at all levels, this should not be celebrated kesyo malayo o malapit sa prediction

      Delete
Padami ng padami ang cases and in a few days we’ll reach 40K anyway! Nothing to be jubilant about.

    ReplyDelete
  27. na gets ko naman yung ibig nya sabihin when i first heard it yesterday, pero habang tumatagal parang hindi pala maganda pakinggan

    ReplyDelete
  28. To 3:15am: what precautionary measures are you talking about? The only thing this government knows is to impose lockdowns and just virtually sit and wait for miracle to happen in the form of a cure or a vaccine.

The worst case scenario did not happen because we haven’t been testing enough.

Ps: hindi ka tard, pero looks to me that you are also easily manipulated and gullible.. I don’t know which is worse. šŸ¤·šŸ¼‍♀️

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The worst case scenario happened, DOH is just slow in confirming. 46k positive individuals na based on DOH tests. Di lang confirmed identities.

      Delete
  29. 3:15 insensitive kasi yung pinagsasabi niya.

    ReplyDelete
Oh well.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Wag masyado utouto, girl. Getting your hand out of the sand is not being nega. Step 1 in solving the problem is recognizing the problem. What are we supposed to be congratulating ba? Congratulations for the slow reporting! 46k positive individuals according to DOH pero 37k pa lang ang confirmed and naguundergo ng contact tracing. Congrats!

      Delete
  31. And he is basing on the declared numbers alone. Daming positive na hindi tested and are passing the virus. What a government we have such a shame.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If you compare our stats and fatality rate with most other countries, our government is indeed doing well.

      Delete
    2. 5:33 WHY DO WE NEED TO COMPARE OUR COUNTRY TO OTHERS?? WE DONT NEED TO FIND "PAMPALUBAG LOOB, WE NEED CLEAR ACTION ON THIS!!! KUNG MASAYA K N S GANITONG ACTION NG ATING GOVT, WELL KAMI HNDI.

      Delete
    3. 9:20, because we're not an isolated case? Kaya nga pandemic ang tawag dito. Haller.

      Delete
    4. 5:34, lol, many covid deaths in pinas are not reported or counted as covid because they are not in hospitals and are not tested for the virus. The listed death numbers are much lower than reality. Gets mo.

      Delete
  32. Susme, hindi lang nagets ni Luis.

    ReplyDelete

      Delete
    2. Kung gets niya, bakit feeling niya yung UP ang kalaban? Reading/listening comprehension lang yan.

      Delete
    3. Ha? Anong kelangan i comprehend? Ayusin nya pinag sasabi nya napaka daming nagugutom at nag hihirap ngayon maybe a little bit of consideration at pag iingat sa kuda diba nga PRESIDENTIAL SPOKESPERSON SYA? sinasalamin nya ang presidente ng pinas.

      Delete
  33. He just wana spread positivity

    ReplyDelete
  34. Bakit ano ba ung UP prediction? Bakit nanalo ang Pilipinas?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  36. Ha? Are you sure na our govt is doing well?

    ReplyDelete

      Delete
  38. Presidential spokesperson. He is speaking on behalf of the President of the Republic of the Philippines hindi ba dapat maayos at sensitive sya sa mga pinag sasabi nya? Kasi naka telecast sya sa buong bansa.

    ReplyDelete
  39. THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE GETTING SICK AND DYING ARE STILL ALARMING! NOT SOMETHING TO CONGRATULATE ABOUT

    ReplyDelete
  40. Insensitive.

Or is it just most of the 16M loyalists as source of who gets assigned do not really know what they are saying or doing? Ansaya nila kasi nagkachance din finally magkaposisyon kahit walang kakayahan.

    ReplyDelete
Tanggol pa more

    ReplyDelete
  43. Lol, that’s just another cheap and misleading propaganda. Very soon we will have more than 40,000 infections and more deaths.
