Or better yet wag na kayong mga makikitid ang utak gumamit ng Grab services, don't compare the Japanese to us kc sa Japan patag ang daan so isang factor na yon and second marami sila gears to preserve something for whatever. While bad service needs to be reprimanded, matuto din naman tayong umintindi.

    3. 3:03 my golly, kaya Filipinos don't get best service dahil sa ganyang thinking. Fyi, binabayaran po ang services nila, kaya it's alright to expect for a good service. Lets be intellectual and not too emotional on this matter. Siguro isa tong factor why most developed countries are where they are now, kasi their people expect good service, they don't settle for mediocre performance lalo na sa isang bagay na binayaran mo.

      Parang sa call centers yan, they get the rant of clients, minsan minumura at minamaliit pagkatao nila ng customer, pero it's part of their job, and you don't tell people to cry over your situation because in the first place, pinili mo ang job na yan, kaya you accept everything na part of it.

    9. My husband is also a grab food rider, he delivers cakes even before nasa honestbee pa sya. He did make a mistake nagdeliver sya and nasira ang cake from daisies. He apologize and bought another cake for free. Wag po natin kunsintihin ang mali, the riders job is to deliver the food in good condition. My husband is one of these riders but they deliver well kahit sa mga slums pa ang location.

    13. Totoo nmn na binabayaran ng tama ang grab ayun sa delivery fee na sinabi nila kaya its grab's responsibility na ayos pa rin yong iddeliver nila.totoo na kawawa din sila pero malay natin kung di masyado naayos paglagay kaya ganon nangyari.

    15. I understand that these Grab drivers need to provide the best service. Pero naman, cupcake yan with icing na may itsurang dapat ingatan. Pag ako bumibili ng cake at nakasakay sa taxi, ingat na ingat na sa paghawak. What do you expect sa Grab driver na naka-motor na walang kasamang tagahawak? Nagpapa-deliver ako ng food pero pag mga ganyang klase naman, di ko ipapa-motor. Unless delivery talaga yan ng mismong resto/bakeshop kasi expertise nila yan at may way sila to deliver (for sure hindi via motorcycle).

    2. First of, I'm not a fan of Sofia. Heard so many negative things and have seen few negative write ups about her too, but c'mon, Grab accepted the task of delivering something that can be easily ruined so that means they can do it, hand it to the person who ordered it in perfect shape. I have nothing against the driver because I'm sure he apologized but I hope he'll be more responsible next time. Also, for Sofia, I hope she wasn't that rude to the driver as the commenter was trying to insinuate.

Service oriented yung pinasok nung mga naggaGrab so kung magiging understanding na lang mga customer/clients tulad ni wanderer na kahit kalahati na lang dumating sa kanyang drinks dahil natapon or baka nauhaw hehehe E good for them. Pero again its a service oriented business so dapat organized sila at handa sa mga dadalhin nila. Kelangan me mga lalagyan sila nun kahit motor lang sila dahil nag apply sila sa ganoong service.

  23. i think it's but natural for one to expect the food delivery to keep the food secure during travel. it's no denying that it's their job and as paying customer you have the right to air your complaints if the delivery was not as expected. besides, if it was not secure, how can the customer guarantee that it was not contaminated? hindi naman kasi artista sila eh expected na mas mataas tolerance nila kaysa sa iba. i don't get it why she had to be attacked for demanding the service that she paid for?

      I am a baker and at the same time utilize grab services. COMMON SENSE na kung cakes, i dont use the service of grab motorcycles. Pwede gamitin yun grab car mismo - obviously much more expensive pero cake yan e. Sasakyan talaga kelangan to ensure na hindi malalapirat

      Also, to the defense of the rider aba e kahit pa nga hawak yun cake e nawiwindang windang pa din yun icing di ba nga. Sino bumili nh cake dito na nag commute pauwi? Relate di ba? E lalo na yan nag mo motor at nasa pack lang yun cake.

  27. I guess you also need to be smart in ordering stuff sa grab. Kasi yung lagayan din nila ng food sa travel is hindi secured kaya kung cakes and soft food items, impossible madeliver yan ng tama. Pang milk tea and fried food lang sya ideal. If sana kung car yan and 2 sila..one driving and one securing the items tapos lamutak pa din then dun magreklamo ka na. Also as a teen star trying to win fans, hindi makakatulong yung post nya. Should have complained privately. Di lahat for public consumption.

  32. I know may attitude tong si Sophia pero kung ako nasa position nya magagalit din ako. Grab offer services so dapat ayusin nila diba? Yun service kasi ang binabayaran sakanila e. Kung palagi nalang natin iintindihin, edi hindi na nila aayusin yung trabaho nila at magddrive nalang sila ng bara bara. Ok lang naman pala sa customers na maideliver yun order nila na not in good condition e.

Even on a sunday, they spend their days catering to customers. Pipila, mag aantay, makaka-amoy ng masarap na pagkain (which is torture if you're hungry), babalansehin sa motor habang papunta sa customer. Have you tried doing that GURL??Appreciate them pls.   39. why is sofia being attacked eh ang simple ng issue. she paid for a service she trusted will be delivered right but the grab failed to do what they were supposed to do. lagi na lng bang ok lng kahit nagkamali? paano matututo yang grab na gawin ng tama ang trabaho niya kung lagi nalang makikisimpatya sakanila kase kawawa?paano naman ung nagbayad at nagaksaya ng panahon na pagkatiwalaan ang serbisyo nila.stop the hypocrisy pls. customer service po ang trabaho nila they have standards din sa line of work nila they already know what they are supposed to do they need to deliver the right service. not a fan of sofia but she has all the rights to complain

  42. If she ordered a cake or cupcake sana naisip nya possible maalog yun sa motor. Sana nagbayad sya ng vehicle na mas malaki and stable kung sobrang fragile ng pinadeliver nya. I always order din online ng cakes for celebrations but they always recommend na wag mag-grab delivery since baka masira yung cake. Nakakadisappoint naman si Sofia

  48. Maybe she should have gotten lalamove car or grab car instead of grab motorcycle. Cakes are very delicate what more cupcakes. Its soo hard to transport cakes esp when nt packed well. The baker shd hve suggested to her to hire a car to avoid these kinds of mishaps.

  51. Ako naman pag nag order ng cake and cupcake I would rather get it kasi in my mind baka masira ni grab driver at maging problema ko pa . Kung busy ako I Will Let someone pick it up For Me... ganun lang yun.

  59. May disclaimer naman na ata ang grab pag dating sa cakes or pastries na pwede masira o matunaw. Order at your own risk. Prone tlaga na masira pas sa motor lang sinakay. Imagine pa kung walang lalagyan sa likod mapunta ung order na ganyan..meaning while driving hawak pa nung rider sa isang kamay nya. I think lahat naman halos ng riders eh maingat sa orders. Kaso may instances na meron tlga matatapon or masisira due to lubak na daan or ulan etc.

  60. paka ano neto! sana grab na car, usually pag cupcakes, hindi motor ang ginagamit. may disclaimer kaming bakers na after itleaves our hands, wala na kaming sagot sa mangyayari. cupcakes are delicate, manong nag utos sa tao di ba.para maingatan. me hulog ka din S! susme!
