    2. Nobody is making fun of mental health. Artists should also stop using mental health for promotional gimmick or para mapag usapan sila.

Pag aralan mo muna bago kumuda diyan

    4. 2:09, mental health should be a priority, too.

I urge you to read and see kung saan napupunta ang pera natin as taxpayers. It is terrible and disgusting to say the least.

    1. Tbh, it makes me uncomfortable. People who've worked with individuals na may mental disorders would prolly know what I'm talking about. The diagnosis that was disclosed to the public doesn't seem to be the whole picture, especially that there was a history of abusive and manipulative behavior. Of course walang professional na magdidispute publicly cause there are guidelines sa pagdisclose ng sensitive information.

    2. 2:42 yes madaming factors that triggers depression. Hindi lang basta nadedepress ang isang tao, may certain causes like abuse, stress, loss of loveones, withdrawal from drugs and many more. Kaya nga dapat people should be sensitive, kasi prior to depression maaring marami pang pinagdaan yung taong nadiagnosed.

Sa harapan ko usually, so ako, ntatakot gnagawa ko gusto nya, pero nung huli, hindi nako nadala sa "attempts" niya, dun nmn ngstart pananakit nya sakin kahit anak namin nasasaktan nya, kaya nag decide ako iwan xa. nlaman ko nlng my bipolar xa.

    4. Exactly 8:37. These people obviously have problems and they definitely need some help, but they definitely won't benefit from the same course of action that will usually be followed when dealing with those who have clinical depression or anxiety disorder. There are even books written by professionals for other professionals on how to protect themselves from being manipulated by their patients, those who have conditions that are "distinct".

Lets see if mag apologises siya kay Nadine.Lalabas rin ang katotohanan, its just a matter of time kung sino nagsasabi ng totoo.

  7. As a follower of KPop medyo mas naging aware ako sa depression. Hindi talaga ginagawang biro yan kasi just last year... hay nakaka sad. Sa iba biro yan, pero sa depressed person, they might take it seriously. Tapos nasa huli ang pagsisisi. Why didn't we helped. Why we didn't see the signs.

  8. Excuse me to all the experts out there but I humbly disagree that people who commit suicide have mental illness. Just because some people are so depressed and frustrated that they want to end their lives doesn't mean may katok sila. I have known a few people in my hometown na may mga katok, tumanda na sila pero they never commit suicide. Palakad-lakad lang sila, nagsasalitang mag-isa, hihingan ka ng aginaldo kahit hindi xmas pero they are harmless, minsan nauutusan pa sila ng pamilya nila to do simple errands. I know some people too who commited suicide or tried to commit suicide pero normal ang pag-iisip nila, normal ang buhay nila at nagkaproblema lang sila ng matindi na hindi nila ma solve.
ANg mga taong may katok ay pinagtatawanan ng mga "normal" na tao dito sa pinas and some parts of the world... It's an ignorant social problem that needs to stop but because experts keep saying that those who have suicidal tendencies have mental illness, some dumb people laugh at them the same way pag nakakasalubong sila ng tao sa kalye na nagsasalita or tumatawang mag-isa. This is my humble opinion...

    1. True.

    2. omgee... 729, dami ko gusto ireply sayo pero... gosh please educate yourself regarding mental illness! start with google please not sa kanto, google will help you more! goodness gracious me! iba ang mentalidad ng isang taong may depression at ang taong may i dont even want to say that word! and walang taong nag susuicide for drama lang 313... my gosh!

    3. Can someone please explain kung bakit ganito ka-ignorante sa atin? Don't universities require college students to take some psych courses as a general requirement for an undergrad degree? Both may or may not lead to suicide.

      Delete
    4. 7:29.i respect your humble opinion.. Thats what i used to think before. Nag iiba ang mental state. I had a bipolar sister who is manipulative keep on saying she will commit suicide oag may sumpong, pero eventually, di nya naman nagawa

But GenZ are born into this technology, and have known nothing else. you have no idea what impact this has on their way of thinking.

Kaya yes, you can say it was easier for your generation, because you did NOT have the same environment as these kids have now. Please educate yourself po.

      Delete
    3. Hope you can also educate yourself on different causes of mental illness as you grow older. Aside from personal problems and environmental factors, have you ever heard of neurotransmitters and chemical imbalances in the brain? Wala kang karapatan to compare your generation to whatever generation or to whoever experiencing mental illness.

  12. Depression was not a joke but sana huwag din masyadong isensationalized kasi as I observed we, Millennial and Gen Z, are obsessed with what is trending. Iyon bang kahit konting sadness lang, associate na nila agad sa depression, now if you told them na mali assessment nila sa sarili nila, saka papasok na gusto nilang patunayan na depressed talaga sila by committing suicide attempts. Haysssst, I hope every institution has a free consultation regarding mental illness.

  13. They must seek professional help. Very sensitive talaga yang issue na yan. Or nagdadrive ibangga ko nalang kaya. Pero dasal dasal eto buhay pa. Iniisip ko din kung may madadamay pa. Pero my brother can't be without meds. Kaya dapat talaga may professional help.

  14. I have mild depression and anxiety disorder. It's never easy dealing with it. Last month was the worst, wherein I have cut myself. I was feeling hopeless, lonely, scared all of a sudden that have triggered it.

I am loved by my family, have a good paying job as Virtual Assistant, got lots of doggies, but still depression hits me.

  15. At the age of 34, sexually abused by a relative from ages 4-10, I have attempted to commit suicide 15 times. I admit that I was different when I was younger but to be bullied almost everyday na sana magpakamatay ka na lang, and when my attempts failed, sasabihin nila “Kahit ang impyerno ayaw sa akin” kaya buhay pa rin ako and mag try and try until I literally die ako is not right.

Making light of suicide alone is not a joke. Yung mga nangaatribida and desensitizing “woke” people who are sensitive enough, should really look in the mirror kung bakit ang tapang tapang nyo mag salita na kesyo kung sad lang depressed na. We don’t know what someones mind and life is going through unless you are them.

When my bullies found out that I was a victim of mental and sexual abuse, some of them apologized and felt remorse because they didn’t know. I have no idea what Nadine is going through because i’m not her, and not my life I have lived. However, the mental health industry is relatively young and we are learning so much about our own uniqueness and chemical imbalances.

People can still function with mental health FYI. They can be doctors, nurses, lawyers, a celebrity and be very great in their craft. Just because they don’t show it, it doesn’t mean they don’t go through it. And we are also very scared of being shamed and blamed. I’m glad to see alot of Filipinos who comment are very much aware and transparent to fight for people like me. - PTSD, bipolar, child abuse survivor

  16. Suicide cases like Goo Hara deserves to be sympathised. She experienced sexual assault, threats over revenge p*rn, loss of a close friend, bonus pa yung daily bashing sa kanya na wala naman syang ginagawang masama. Now, as of other suicide cases that aren’t even close to the physical and mental trauma that Hara went through, magsitigil sana kayo sa mga hugot nyo sa buhay. NOT EVERY suicide case deserves to be sympathised, especially if it’s rooted from shallow personal issues. Bahala kayo jan.

  17. Hmmm, depression is serious but the problem today is that people declare themselves suffering from depression without being professionally diagnosed as such. Being sad, nervous and miserable at times don’t mean you are suffering from depression. All of these feelings are normal reactions to everyday situations from time to time.
