What's wrong with asking for help? That's one of the hardest things to do. Doing so means you have humility. You recognize that you always need a small community/group of friends/family whom you can trust and be safe with esp in times of crisis. Again, what's wrong with asking for help???
Kung single mother ka at mag-isa mo lang tinaguyod mga anak mo, papalakpakan kita. Kaso hindi. May help line, may call a friend.
