Cat, I think. Pia looks prettier here but she seems to have a bit of make up on while Cat seems to be fresh from the shower. Confidence in actually posting a selfie without a trace of makeup speaks volumes about a woman.
Both are beautiful even when barefaced. Basing from the pics though, Pia did it better. And same with others' view,they both look better in light make-up.

Obvious namang si cat ang prettier. Kahit mga non-beauty pageant fans tanungin mo sa streets, Cat will win. Pia's no make-up photo ni hindi nga nag viral unlike kay Cat. Pia looks tranny-ish and old.
Hahaha, ang rason mo besh parang wla nmang connect sino ang maganda. Actually Pia is prettier in this photo, wag na tayo magjoke. Nagviral yan kag Cat kasi ibang iba ang mukha nya kung may make up. Keber na kay Pia kasi ganun pa din ang mukha with or without make up.
Excuse me? Lol FYI When Pia won the Miss Universe Crown, most of my non Pinoy colleagues( Lalaki at Babae) here in the US were even admiring and talking on how BEAUTIFUL AND GORGEOUS she is!
