And I actually feel strong with my body. I'm healthy. Pero wala eh, ganon pa rin. Payat. Kailangan ba ang mga payat maging malaman din? Kailangan ba i-achieve yon? Or another standard na naman? For me, bodies are different. It has different types and sizes. If you want to achieve having strong body, that's a good thing. Don't forget you are beautiful. Pasensya na po kayo sa katawan namin.

Btw one can be considered sexy regardless of size. The mere fact that Sunshine said that her former size was not healthy means that it was not her natural built. She probably starved herself to death or had an unhealthy eating habit. Kelsey Merritt is an example of slim, healthy and sexy.
In case in the near future mauso ulit yung Twiggy look these women will lose weight and call their former self as fat. Embrace the body you’re in. Whether you’re on the heavy side (as long as not obese), skinny, voluptuous, etc. Our goal is to be healthy.
And why do people feel that it’s okay to bash people who look good and make it taboo to bash plain looking people? Like it’s taboo to call someone fat yet feel it’s okay to call someone thin a lot of names?
