  1. If I own a business and ayoko ng mga Bisexual, then my preference should be followed. It's like I respect your preference to be bisexual but also respect the way I will run my business. If you have qualms about it, then find a job somewhere else.

    1. But you could state other reasons for not accepting the applicant instead of pointing out his sexual preference.

    2. At dahil dyan, wala kang business at for sure di rin magiging successful business mo!

    3. Correct! But you will hire Mondy Gutz You celeb worshiper you! Coz its your preference!

    4. Kaya wala kang business because of your backward beliefs.

    5. So you believe that they (LGBT) chose
to be gay? Like they have an option? Employing people according to their sexual orientation is a conscious decision that business owners/management do. Even straight like me would not want to work for your oppresive and bigoted imaginary company. Homophobia hurts us all.

    7. Sinabi ba ni koya na bisexual sya??

    8. You know what? We all have choices. I do believe na choice ng isang tao maging bakla or tomboy.

  2. Even asking for an applicant's sexual orientation is illegal in some countries. Is it not the same in the Philippines?

    1. True. That is why your head pic, religion, and race should not be included in the cv.

It sounds like tinanong siya during the interview kung ano sexual orientation niya. Kasi he got called for an interview eh, it means that his sexual orientation was not known until the actual interview (not the application form). Dapat gawin ng batas yung ganyang discrimination.

Depends on the nature of the job kase ‘yan. Example if you wanna be an FA, malamang height matters. Sa other jobs height doesn’t matter. Ganun.

    5. Pag sinabing pleasing personality, you have to be a people person kasi malamang haharap ka sa tao like saleslady, crew, etc.

  6. No.1 rule sa isang interview : MAGING SINUNGALING KA!

    1. 12:42 - Really? Sexual perversion? Ang alin - ang pagiging member ng LGBT? Kung iyon ang tingin mo sa kanila, then I pity you. You must be living in your medieval and myopic world. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

  12. Nasaan naman ang katwiran natin dakilang @1216? If by chance you're indeed a business owner and you're philosopy is what you placed on your comment, then i guess you should take your garbage somewhere else.

-HR
