The Hazards of Liver Damage

I bet some of you know the hazards of liver damage while some of you would think that it’s impossible to acquire liver damage knowing that you don’t feel anything weird or aching in your body. That’s probably what the patients with liver damage thought before they sought medical help. The hazards of liver damage can be appalling and scary so you must remember that you have to take necessary steps in order to have a healthy life. This is not something to scare you off rather something that will make you think twice when it comes to your lifestyle.

The progression of liver damage:

  • It starts with the inflammation. Inflammation can come without symptoms making you think you’re okay which is hard to know if you need treatment.
  • If the liver was not treated during the inflammation stage, the fibrosis stage takes over. It’s when the inflamed area starts to scar. If this happens, the scar tissues replace the healthy liver tissues which lead to a malfunctioning liver.
  • When the fibrosis stage is still left untreated, the damage brought about the liver scars may no longer be reversed which now enters the stage of cirrhosis. During this stage, the liver may be really weak and malfunctioning causing several symptoms that can be showed physically such as bleeding, bruising, jaundice, development of diabetes and toxin build up.

Now that you are aware of the liver damage and the hazards it might do to your body, you might want to make sure you protect your liver and do everything you can in order to be healthier. You can start with eating a well-balanced diet meal, exercising and detoxifying powerful antioxidants such as green tea, Vitamin C and Milk Thistle or Silymarin. All these can help promote the growth of new liver cells while strengthening the liver health thus the prevention of liver diseases. There are food supplements that are easy to buy which has the combination of Silymarin and Sodium Ascorbate but the only product that I have tried which I have been really happy with is LiverMarin. LiverMarin has Silymarin and Sodium Ascorbate that may help prevent over-production of insulin, manage SGPT/SGOT levels, prevent liver diseases such as liver cirrhosis and can even help prevent the liver from Hepatitis A and B.

Avoid liver damage as early as now.
