    1. Yes i agree but only when one recognizes the sign, or at least he or she tells someone close to them :( this could really be prevented but we never know for sure. nakakalungkot pag di naagapan.

    4. Mga Teh, hanapin nyo yun CEFAM they have a website. Libre ang counselling dyan. They are not psychiatrists though so they can't prescribe meds kung kakailanganin but maybe they can help in finding affordable doctor for that.

  7. Yung nakatag nya is a top psychiatrist. Yes, when depressed you really need to seek help. Me mga tao kasi na kayang imanage ang depression at meron ding hindi.

  9. May I add lang po that if you cannot afford a doctor, you may also seek help from your priest, a teacher, a madre kasi they have some training rin naman and can find appropriate resources for you. Remember, no one is alone really.

    4. I seek help with a priest during my low times and I can say it was a big help for me.... spiritual guide ang tawag dun bes @131. May Iba kasi Tao Hinde Kaya mag open up Sa parents so they turn into other people who they can trust too...

  10. Pinaka hirap talaga na part is the feeling of being alone and no one understands. So yes, seek help.. and stop the stigma..

  13. pang mayaman kasi psychiatrist 1k ang minimum consultation at di pa kasali sa most medical insurance
