This is a nice, heartwarming commercial. In reality though, you can't fit that much time for personal calls while working in the office here in ME, wherein breaks are short. Unless you have split shift and opted to stay in the workplace, then it's possible. Or in night shift, when there are few people around. And then again, they'd be using skype and other facetime apps when free good Wi-Fi is there.
