That's how media works.

That is BAD for business!

      Delete
    3. syempre may kapalit yan SMC yan sino ba may ari ng company na yan. =)

      Delete
    4. Tama may kapalit yan pero in a legal way dahil pwede nila un ibawas sa income tax as an allowable deduction o expense

    5. Kasi baka may hidden motive yan.

    7. Ano ba, SMC, pang lasinggero agad? It's a corporation that owns several businesses including petroleum, food processing, bottling, IT services etc - paki check sa website. Napapaghalatang walang pakialam sa business and economy.

  5. Pati yung construction ng bullet train connecting luzon, visayas,& mindanao costing 9.1 trillion euros funded by european investors & yung free hospital & advance medical equipment & training na ibibigay ng japan ay dapat i news nila.

Hayy

      Delete
    2. Yung budget for that bullet train ay allocated by the european leaders. That plan was actually presented to the administration previous to the one now but the previous admin was asking for 40% kickback so hindi natuloy. Nasa youtube yung interview about this high speed bullet train connecting luzvimin.

    3. From a credible source ba yan baks?

      Delete
    4. True. Magpapautang daw for bullet train ang japan sa pinas. Nakakalungkot. Sa social media nalang nakakasagap ng ganya

    8. Anons 1:52, 6:12, 1:15, 2:42 AM, from a credible source yan. Click of a button lang po yan bago kumuda. Tapos!

  6. Sorry, admittedly, maka dilaw ako. Can't help BUT think, it's a way for the company to make sipsip para hindi matuloy ang liquor ban.

    1. Haha dilaw na ignorante

      Delete
    2. The top honchos of SMC supported Grace Poe's presidential campaign. Sumipsip na sa presidente, nagka-tax deduction pa. Sana lang hindi ma-misuse ang donation.

      Delete
  7. What if taxes on alcoholic beverages & cigarettes will also be increased? Those products are so unnecessary. The taxes collected from those products can be used for the purpose of building & operating rehab centers.

Kakahiya...

  11. There's no such thing as noble and corporate . All corporation have only one goal in mind - profit. It's naive if not stupid to think that companies are charitable. Lol. Commenting from one of the most stunning counties in idyllic Ireland! #sligo #glamping

  12. Kasi, they want to downplay the fact that 600,000 drug pushers and users have already surrendered and still counting.

  14. 1B is not a joke. Do you even know how multinational companies work their asses off just to gain year-on-year? They spend millions and billions for their marketing yet they'll spend 1B for Drug Rehabilitation just because it's the right thing to do? Businesses exist for revenues and income. Without income, they're cease to exist. Hindi sa pagiging mukang pera ng businessmen yun but that's really the nature of a business. So thinking na sobrang bayani ng SMC to just donate 1B for a rehab? Donation? That's bs. Pwede pa siguro kung pang-tax holiday nila yun, then again, bakit hindi dineclare? Pabangohan ba ngayon? SMC bidded for MRT7 and they even did the Swiss challenge for their CALAx project, plus they're gunning for NAIA Expressway construction PPP bidding. Now tell me, bakit ka maglalabas ng 1B na hindi airport, infrastructure, o expressway an gagawin mo?

    1. So they donated money habang nakikipag-bid sa government projects? Ohmaygulay alam na.
