  8. While it's understandable that there will be delays, the airline companies should provide alternate routes - - just like in the U.S.
Airline companies are penalized and can be sued for these perennial delays.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Alternate routes? Taga US ka ba? Do you know how many flights are delayed everyday around the country?

      Delete
    2. 12:43 - DEPENDS ON THE CARRIER. PERO IYONG MGA SOSYALIN TALAGA E BIHIRA ANG DELAYED FLIGHTS.

      Delete
  9. These delayed flights are total unacceptable. Customers buy airfare tickets to get there on time. What if he missed his connecting flights? Missed his business meetings? Worse, a family emergency?
Why should we remain complacent with the incompetency of these airline companies? They are earning millions in profits.

    1. Sometimes, delays were caused by other passengers too...... not all the blames should be on the airlines......

      Delete
    2. So that gave him the right to curse, belittle, and push a hangar official? Come on!

      Delete
Aber?

      Delete
    4. Flight delays are usually caused by air traffic congestion, e.g. Naia only uses one runway for numerous flights a day by several airlines both local and intl carriers. If the passengers are not happy with the delays, much more the airlines because they pay more to the government in terms of lease in the airport facilities such as air bridges and the like. Hindi lang po sa EDSA ang traffic. Fyi.

      Delete
    5. Ummm.. Exclusive ata ang plane papuntang balesin. Island kasi yan no boats din. As in sakop mo buong island at iba airport nila. I think

      Delete
    6. If you check the statistics of delays due to weather and mechanical problems, you would be surprised that a small number attributable to weather.
      Filipinos deserve better customer service.

      Delete
    7. Balesin ang destination so what kung ma late eh vacay naman yan, business? Emergency? In balesin? Really ?

      Delete
    8. Most delays are caused by either the weather or passengers themselves. Quit taking out your frustration on staff.

      Delete
Tsaka maulan kasi. They used smaller plane kasi maliit lang airport ng Balesin. Been there twice for work. Possible talaga maiba sched depende sa NAIA.

    10. Not the staff but the management should take the responsibility to improve their processes. Think big people.

      Delete
    11. If madelay man ang flight nila to Balesin they always provide a compensation such as a free night. Just sayong!

      Delete
    12. Free night? How about sa important appointments? Businessman mga mostly na pumupunta. Definitely they pay for it and they expect a better service than that. I agree with you anon 2:06 the management should improve their processes

      Delete

  11. Rainy season? What about winter season?

If you want economically competitive, let's not remain complacent. We should stop thinking as a third world country.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Wala namang winter season satin? Point is he didn't have to do that sa employee. It's one thing to say you're upset about the delay and it's another thing to actually do something physical about it, kahit ano pa status mo sa buhay

      Delete
    2. nowhere does it say that when u think like a "first-class country" you should lose ur class and manners

      Delete
    3. Kahit saang parte ng mundo ngyayari yan teh. At lalo na pag winterseason kaso walang winter sa Pilipinas. Kaloka ka.

      Delete
    4. 1:12 spot on!

      Delete
  12. Yun lang pala. Not a big deal. The customer was angry, he cursed. The employee cursed back. The customer shoved him. People stopped them. Hindi naman violent, hindi na kinawawa yung employee dahil same size lang naman sila and he cursed back. Magkaayos na lang sila between themselves.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The employee wouldn't curse back if not provoked. Ans ypu think na yung airline company would side with that employee? Baka nga nasisante pa yan because of this. All because may isang power tripping businessman na nagmura at nanulak ng empleyado dahil nadelay yung flight nya papunta sa vacation destination.

      Delete
    2. The employee shouldn't have cursed back kahit provoked. Customers always complain. Kahit saan may ganyan if the service is bad. The employee should pacify, not curse back. Nagulat yung businessman na sinagot sya kaya natulak nya.

      Delete
  13. Poorita pa rin sya dahil wala syang private plane. End of.

  14. Tama take it outside daw

    1. it's a posh place na di afford ng lahat. so kahit may mas magandang lugar (i agree with you) it's more like a social statement pag sinabing afford mong mag balesin. let's admit it mas maraming pinoy na mayabang kesa humble, just browse thru social media and you'll see maraming mayabang na pinoy kahit mahirap ang bansa natin

      Delete
    2. yung pagyayabang ng pinoy (gaya ng pagflaunt na afford nila mag balesin) is a form of escape. it's like saying mahirap ang bansa ko but not me, look im rich i can afford expensive things. yung thought bubble ng mamang yan "empleyado ka lang dito". it's a common sight, kahit saan dito sa pinas not just in balesin actually. sad but true.

      Delete
    3. It's just a name. Marketing strat. They marketed it as a destination for well-to-do pasosyal altas.

    ReplyDelete
  17. They need to speak proper English. It's take it outside, not bring it outside.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Ayy. Nag correct ka pa talaga? Bring it outside is correct. Dalhin sa labas, not kunin sa labas (take it outside). Know the difference. You need to speak proper English! Kaloka ka. Edi ikaw na matalino kuno!

      Delete
  18. Bring him outside!
