    2. Airline explanation: we're so sorry that you bought or were given a low quality luggage by this brand. Here, our baggage men put to rigorous stress and survival test every luggage.

    3. Sad that the luggage didnt pass the brutal and barbaric test of normal baggage handling

    4. Ooops, it is stipulated under Conditions of Carriage. Most likely, 5J will not be held liable for the damage of a checked in fragile baggage.

      Delete
    5. True they are not liable unless you bought the extra insurance for luggages. Nxt tym buy na lang ng tlgang matibay -A&A

Tapos me lumapit na puti at naglock mga eyes namin maybe coz of what im doing to her luggage while she was holding my luggage! So you guessed it nagkaron ng confrontation at hinila ko yung boots niya at nahubad ko at tinapon ko sa conveyor while she threw my luggage sa escalator! All this did not really happened nagtry lang ako gumawa ng kwento involving branded name bags like LV na nakakasuka!

  10. She's lucky Philippine carriers actually give compensation for broken luggage if you insist. I've had friends that were paid.

In the US, they won't care. They even have a sign na ang luggage is lalagyan ng mga gamit. I made a mistake of checking in a 30 year old LV Keepall and I was mortified when I saw the ground crew just throwing it around when they loaded it on a plane for my trip to NY from California. When I got it gasgas na with grease and I asked customer service, wala daw sila pakialam. They don't even have a number to call.

    1. 1:18 you should have insisted on calling them and even going to their office. My friend checked in a keepall and got ripped after. It was given to her by her dad who passed away few years back. And after few weeks of bombarding them with calls, they paid it with its current price but the original keepall is priceless as it was a gift!

  11. Fragile sticker? Sus.

I hope they'll replace this. Pero gaya nga ng sabi ng ilan. Baka wear and tear lang yan.

  18. Hello...it happens. Dumadaan kaya sa conveyor lahat ng bags. Didn't you file a report with CebPac when you received your bag like that? Pinapa-repair lang yan.

  21. Same thing happened to my luggage in HK, I no longer complained as I don't have time being on an OB trip. Did Miriam complained with cebpac desk and not just through social media? Hope she did.Her luggage has a fragile tag so they should have been more careful. I had a luggage with the same tag using PAL from LA and they took good care of it.

  22. Bakit nasira?

  23. Bakit sa handle nakadikit yung fragile sticker? Does that mean nakaangat talaga yung handle nung chineck-in nya? Masisira talaga yan. Buti nga di nabali lahat. Dapat nkbaba yung handle.
