  4. Magsisimula talaga sa bawat isa ang kaunlaran ng Pilipinas. Itigil dapat ang "every man for himself" mentality.

  7. Problem is dense masyado population ng manila, kumbaga dikit dikit ang tao at bahay. Imagine yun liit ng metro mla ay mayroon 12M population, while kagaya ng australia na several times bigger than PH has only 24M population, 1/2 nun buong bansa nila sa MM pa lang.

We need rehab MRT and buhayin ang PNR. BUT even that will not be enough itll reduce traffic a bit but halos di mararamdaman.

We need roads but wala na tyo avail land.

Traffic will be here to stay until lumiit yun population ng manila to mga 6-8M thru migration to nearby provinces.

  8. You nailed it!

  9. An expert on city planning gave his input before: the main cause is unencumbered and mindless "development" -- how many malls are there along edsa now. And that is where the buses converge. Secondary nalang ang individual discipline of drivers the main cause is systemic. And now all the local governments who pocketed money by granting permits without any modicum of foresight and conscience.

I am based in Davao and little by little I am seeing it turn into Edsa. In the last few years, new malls and cement constructions have entered. And like manila there are no clear puj/bus stops. Wala ring disiplina.

Poor governance from national to local.

  11. Wag na i-justify ang traffic. Hindi dahil sa Density, Poor Governance, adopting other country's laws or whatever change is coming. Tsss! Tao lang talaga ang dahilan nyan. True in all angles Bitoy.!
