Hee's known for other work and he also dressed another talent for the Star Magic Ball last year, but they picked Liza's dress and pic out of all that...just goes to show Liza is IT! I remember how her dress didn't win best dress that night, but look...international awards picked it out of all the other looks. Liza is meant to not only be for the local scene. She needs to make it out there. She has what it takes!
