She's not even fat. Sad that she doesn't have a healthy image of herself. It doesn't matter if she has material wealth, she's simply just not happy.
Change things up by calling your parents, putting your feet back on the ground, and dropping your addiction to your "photoshop diet". Be true to yourself, you owe yourself and your child that much.

Saw her in an upscale mall once in Makati with Richard, and mejo ang snob ng dating nya.. I find her pretty pa naman. It's sad how she feels the need to do this pa considering isa naman siya sa pinaka maganda sa showbiz.

Stop doing that! Exercise and eat right for good health. You are NOT fat. Love your body no matter what size you are now. It doesn't matter that it's not perfect. That "imperfect body" allowed you to carry a child.
