I was an admirer of Charice the fist time I heard her rendition of Whitney's songs. No other singer can make me shiver like the way she did. I'm not a basher or what just frustrated with her Hollywood career. Nakakainggit na she was recognized in Hollywood, naging handler niya si Oprah and Foster. I thought she'll be the only Filipina that could penetrate LONG ENOUGH in Hollywood. SAYANG lang na she had to teveal her sexuality habang pasikat pa lang siya. Pero that's her, wala na tayong magagawa. Kung sakin lang napunta ang voice niya, wala ng dapat pinalalampas. We have to admit, simula nung nagpakaButch siya, lumamlam na ang career niya. Understand her. Some People who has transitioned in identity has some sort of insecurities consciously and unconsciously. She was offended because of the pictures, because of the way she looks in contrast with Ariana Not because of the difference in voice prowess. She even said Ariana is a good singer. Yung iba very insensitive saying may attitude or jealous lng Kay ariana or ariana is bigher star in comparison with charice. The point is she didn't even start the comparison, she was offended because of the pictures, she has some sort of insecurities physically and being in contrast with someone beautiful makes her think na she's being made fun of.

ReplyDeletei don't know with others, but for me, i find her mabait. everytime i watch her interviews, nakikita ko ung personality nya. mababaw lang ung ibang tao kung tumingin. at ung iba, judgmental lang. atleast she's being honest.
