Michael Cinco does not need to be compared to another designer, even if such designer thinks that they are at par with Mr. Cinco.
The problem nowadays with some Filipino designers living abroad, like Lesley Mobo, is that even when they are still trying to establish themselves in a foreign land, they have this air of superiority over their fellow Filipino designers, as if they are in competition with other "kababayans" who've made it abroad--never mind if their designs are not as intricate, exquisite, or technically superior as those whom they think they can disparage "publicly" in social media. Quite frankly, it is very sad to say the least...disappointing, really. It only goes to show that no matter what little success Lesley Mobo has experienced in London, he still has a long way to go in the area of Good Chatacter-building, because in the final analysis, it doesn't matter if you've made it in London or Dubai or anywhere else, it's all about humility and class, qualities which Michael Cinco possess, that Lesley Mobo has yet to learn.

The only claim to fame of the super yabang Lesley Mobo is he graduated in London's Saint Martin's with honors. Other than that he didn't really make it in the fashion industry. He worked as ghost designers in some fashion houses and they all closed to bankruptcy. He is now working in Uniqlo designing t-shirts as i saw some of his posts in Instagram. Other than that he keeps on posting his old collections that looks like clothes sold on the streets of Portobello market. Then sya pa ang may ganang magyabang and manglait.
sa instagram ni michael cinco, may naka post doon na "Confidence is Silent. Insecurities are Loud" then he wrote let's respect each other and be happy. parang kay lesley mobo yon. which is true naman.
