The girl, a Celebrity Model CM, belongs in a circle who loves to party and socialize and is among the controversial celebrities, too. Despite her lineage, she continues to have a negative public image due to a number of controversies attributed to her in the past – her big attitude notwithstanding.
Reportedly, inspite of her effort to reach out to the masses, they never see CM as someone who is sympathetic to their plight. They feel that they are being used for CM's personal gain. The poor cannot be blamed for they are privy to CM's many anti-poor sentiments in the past.
Together with her boyfriend, Tall Model TM, both have tried to be relevant to the society. But TM is himself equally having problems with public image. Scandals he got into in the past were no small fry, most of them involving prominent personalities, with TM often labeled as the victimizer. Critics say it may not be easy for him to detach himself from all those controversies.
With CM now active in some projects, people wonder why TM is never seen in any of her public events. Has CM realized that TM will not be an asset to her at all? Having image issues herself, critics see this as a pressure, especially for CM who the public sees as one with chronic attitude problem, whose humanitarian projects she is currently doing are often met with raised eyebrows.
Lately, CM also got engaged in a business which she promotes heavily, alongside her other endeavors which are making her busy. Reportedly, TM was complaining of the lack of time CM has for him, both of them hardly seeing eye to eye, but she was unmoved.
Last thing she heard - TM finally gave up on her and called it quits. CM who did not know what hit her, reportedly tried to make amends to get back. But this time, it was the hard-nosed TM who was unmoved, put his foot down and finally bid her adieu.

MTRCB Admonishes Arnold Clavio and Unang Hirit

GMA7 host Clavio was clearly frustrated when alleged pork barrel scam queen Janet Lim-Napoles' lawyer, Alfredo Villamor, could not answer his questions relating to the pork barrel issue. Villamor had told Clavio he represented Napoles only for her serious illegal detention case, and was not in the position to answer any questions related to the pork barrel scam.
Clavio interrupted Villamor several times during the interview. The anchor went so far as to say the lawyer ruined his day.
Clavio earned the ire of netizens immediately after the broadcast. He apologized on air two days after the incident.
The MTRCB decision demanded that Clavio as well as Unang Hirit's executive producer, director, writer and public affairs hosts undergo a mandatory seminar to be conducted by MTRCB chair Eugenio “Toto” Villareal on December 10 and 11at the MTRCB office.
Villareal is a professor of law and media ethics. He will discuss "media and the legal profession in the context of both audience sensitivity and the administration of justice”.
GMA submitted a letter "containing its proposed remedial and restitutive measures, as well as the draft public statement for Unang Hirit. The network added that it had already taken steps to "prevent similar missteps, primarily by reiterating the best practices of GMA News and Public Affairs”.
Iya Villania, Drew Arellano to Get Married in January?

Celebrity couple Iya Villania and Drew Arellano are set to wed in January, according to entertainment columnist Ricky Lo.
In his column published on the Philippine Star Friday, Lo referred to the wedding as "a formality," noting that the TV hosts have been together for several years now.
"The sad note is that Drew’s father, Atty. Aga, won’t be around to witness his fair-haired boy march down the aisle," said the columnist.
Arellano's father, according to Lo, passed away due to colon cancer in June. The late lawyer's ashes, Lo added, were scattered around Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong "as per his wish." The senior Arellano used to live there.
Villania and Arellano celebrated their ninth anniversary last May 9.
At the time, the actress-host denied that she was already engaged to Arellano. She admitted, however, that "we are getting there."
"We are really just a private couple and I would like to think that it's something that has helped us in becoming strong so far... Basta, we are definitely preparing for our future," she said.

However, not everyone is happy with this development in BA’s personal affairs. Allegedly, NM was involved in an on-off relationship with a childhood sweetheart (CS) that produced a child. Despite having alleged other girlfriends, NM would always return to CS. Hence, the two were already engaged for two years prior to the news of BA and NM celebrating their first anniversary.
So, how did BA meet NM? Well, they had something in common that allowed them to see each other during meetings, consultations, and other activities. The question is if BA knew that NM was already engaged and had a child, and still, she allowed herself to fall in love with him. Well, NM obviously made his choice, and CS has moved on since the big revelation. However, what remains a mystery is if NM was simultaneously seeing CS and BA in the past year, and if BA knew about this situation.
While BA seems to be happy with how the events fell into place, let us just hope that her found love will last forever.

TD's Estranged Wife EW had actually made arrangements with HS regarding the circumstances between HD and TD. And TD's going there to meet up with HD and some HS officials would definitely spell big trouble.
HD's Yaya HY reportedly confided to a fellow yaya in school that she was scared because she was very sure that EW would blow her top the minute she learned that TD went to see HD. Knowing how EW is known for her outbursts who allegedly curses like there's no tomorrow, HY feared that EW would again take it out on her and the other help at home and confiscate their cellphones once more. Allegedly, her reported paranoia is consuming her.
HY was supposedly under specific instruction from EW to be very strict and never ever to allow TD to go near their kids, anytime, anywhere.
But HY was helpless that day when TD went to HS. Back home with EW, HY and her fellow help are aware of what's going on. Deep in their hearts they know the truth - who is at fault in the family squabble. Needless to say, it is TD who they sympathize with. For them, it is he who is more credible, and that even if they stay with EW, they are on the side of TD.
HD used to be close to TD when they were still living together as family. Thus it was presumed that their meeting together with the HS officials went without glitch. Supposedly, HS is totally concerned with the welfare of HD. It is imperative that it would be on the side of what is right and just.
However, HY knew that EW got mad at HS for that meeting, because EW thought that HS would honor their commitments, considering that there were already previous arrangements agreed on.
In light of the above, HD didn't go to school the day after the encounter with HD. Supposedly, EW didn't allow her to. Friends think this is just sad, to be dragging the children on the issues of the parents. Hopefully, things will get better soon.

In a recent event organized by the local clothing brand Folded & Hung, Angel said she had heard of the report and was “surprised” by it.
She confirmed her breakup with the Filipino-British football star in October via her Twitter account, but did not reveal the cause.

“But we know how it is in show biz; not everything we read in the papers or see on TV is true. I’m willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. It’s just that, as his ex, parang ang bilis,” Angel told entertainment writers. “While I still haven’t confirmed this, I just want to say that I will support whatever makes Phil happy. Come to think of it, it’s his life. I have nothing to do with [Phil] anymore.”
Angel said she learned a lot from her two-year relationship with Phil, but refused to elaborate.
“After what happened to us, I should already be an intelligent person; I should already be a love expert, but honestly I’m not,” she said.
Angel added, “Phil is a good person. We didn’t end our relationship as a result of a big fight. He will always be special to me.”
Despite what happened, she said, she was sure the right guy would come along. “I’m not looking for him, but I know he’s out there. I just hope that whoever I give my heart to next will be the one.”
Asked to comment on the breakup of fellow Kapamilya artist Luis Manzano from Jennylyn Mercado, Angel said she found it sad that a number of popular show biz couples split up this year. Luis is
Angel’s ex-boyfriend.
“Out of respect, I will not talk about Luis,” she pointed out. “He’s a good person. Though we hardly talk nowadays, I still consider him a friend.”
