Angelina Cruz Opens Up About Being Afraid of Moving On in New Song 'Ayoko Lang'

What if you got all the chances to get over someone but your system just rejects that very notion? What if it’s always one step forward, two steps back?

Angelina Cruz’s latest release “Ayoko Lang” is all about that empty feeling, those seemingly endless nights of sadness after a bad breakup. The standout ballad easily captivates in its warm string melody and vulnerable lyrics carefully sung by Angelina and was produced by a Canada-based musician.

Speaking of captivating strings, the guitar player for this track is the ever-talented Filipino-Canadian Ricky Tillo, who rose to fame as the tour guitarist of Lady Gaga.

“Kayang kaya humanap ng iba / Ayoko lang, ayoko lang / Kayang-kayang kalimutan ka / Ayoko lang ayoko lang,” the now 20-year old artist sings.

Since her standout music scene debut in 2017 with her version of “Can’t Help Falling In Love”, Angelina Cruz has been so passionate to capture her listeners’ hearts with her soulful vocals. Her stripped-back cover of “Hanggang Kailan” by Orange & Lemons back in 2018 became a standout hit, now with over 10 million streams on Spotify and counting.

“Ayoko Lang” by Angelina Cruz is now out on all digital streaming platforms under Universal Records.

Shanti Dope Drops Sonically Rich ‘Basic’ EP Featuring Collabs with Pricetagg, Mhot, Hero, DAARTH, and HELLMERRY

Rap Phenom Shanti Dope is ready to shatter the airwaves with the release of his brand-new EP called ‘Basic’ under Universal Records.

The fantastic release is easily one of the most thrilling hip-hop EP releases of 2022 and features epic appearances from Pricetagg, Mhot, Hero, DAARTH, and HELLMERRY. Its swag and angst aren’t pretentious and do not even feel forced. Truth be told, this big EP drop just proved that his rap game is unstoppable and he’s determined and confident to experiment to broaden his artistry.

These five tracks are brimming with fresh vibes, flows, and lyrical aptitude. ‘Basic’ easily reintroduces Shanti Dope and his evolution as a rapper, of course, with the help of DJ Klumcee as his producer. Even though he’s already proven so much in the game, Shanti Dope said that he still feels like he’s still getting started and it’s a solid reason why he chose to name this EP as simple as Basic.

Packed with subtle punchlines, references, and extended metaphors, the young rapper’s approach to creatively express his thoughts just reached a new level of remarkable.

Shanti Dope’s latest EP drop is destined to be your next go-to rap record. Just “Young God” things, you know.

Just this week, the newly released official music video of “Amen” featuring Pricetagg reached 1 million views on YouTube.
