A Trying Deal

After the unexpected result of a venture, Celebrity Family (CF) found itself in an awkward situation, that is, a reduction of communication with each other. When the Family Head (FH) decided to throw his hat in the political arena, the expectation was that every member would give full support.
As the campaign went by, CF did what they could, but FH was a bit disappointed at the actions done by Family Member 1 (FM1) and Family Member 2 (FM2). For example, FM1 and FM2 were hardly out of their homes during the campaign. Then, they refused to go down to the community level, as they cited an earlier negative experience. Allegedly, when FM1 and FM2 showed up at a community-level gathering, the crowd mobbed them and they suffered from scratches.
When the two were off stage, they seemed aloof and projected distance from the constituents, who noticed the two had blank faces or even smirked. However, once the two were on stage and with cameras covering their events, FM1 and FM2 suddenly changed. Smiles abound and they became full entertainers for FH. Once they’re done, the two would not allow selfies, which would have been plus points for the campaign. FH could only wish that the two could have extended more patience and sincerity toward his constituents.
However, stories have it that the people are actually not keen on CF to lead them as well. Allegedly, CF can be cheapskates when asked for donations for some community-level projects. Then, solicitors would hear many things from the partner of FH about contributions and the activities. One time, CF was asked to participate in a yearly activity, but religion was an issue, as their faith did not believe is such practice. More than faith, it was seen as lack of care for majority of the citizens in the area.
Apparently, FH banked on the popularity of FM1 and FM2 on top of his background to win, but such details were insufficient, as his constituents wanted more, perhaps.
