Just Snubbed

When celebrities appear in public places, the normal behavior is that ordinary people will turn their heads and give a few seconds of attention to the said personality. Most celebrities usually, however, do not want to call attention to themselves when they are not working. They would rather be as inconspicuous as possible to avoid being flacked.
Not all celebrities could behave publicly without having to call attention to themselves even if they do not want the attention. Ironically, some celebrities who claim to not want to be bothered in public behave in the opposite.
Sometime ago, Re-imaged Talent (RT) decided to go to a convenience store to buy her supplies. When RT entered the store, the staff thought that an important personality, like a high-profile personality or a high-risk individual, entered. First, a group entered and RT followed. After which, another group entered. Thus, RT was surrounded by several members of her team, as though she was at risk of being mobbed.
At that time, the clerks were not even startstruck at RT and treated her like an ordinary customer. Although the presence of so many people around her was bothersome, the staff went on with their business and did not bother to give her any VIP treatment. She had to fall in line like everyone else did. The feeling that she was a significant personality did not rub off on the clerks.

Angry Revelation

One of the most annoying incidents when travelling abroad is realizing that a luggage is missing. For showbiz personalities, each piece would be important, as things they will use for their shows would be in them. Moreover, tracing the whereabouts of missing luggage can be a tedious waiting game. For the unlucky ones, the missing bags might not have even be on the same flight or might be headed to another destination. Thus, anger, frustration, and disappointment could be at full throttle.
During an overseas trip, the entourage of Talented Actor (TA) could not handle their reaction that bordered on the serious and hilarious. While the trip was probably a mixture of work and play, the missing luggage of TA had started their trip with a problem. The sweet looks of TA on screen when he’s working with his loveteam partner turned into fearful disposition when he could not find his bag.
The rest of the entourage had to be patient, as TA was becoming frustrated and almost hysterical. So much emotion was coming from TA that the team started to wonder what was so important in the missing bag. They were already assuming tech stuff, perhaps an expensive camera, new and expensive clothes, among others. However, material things can be easily bought, as TA has the financial capability.
As the luggage was still not in sight, time was of the essence and soon, they would have to leave. However, they could not let TA be in a bad mood for the rest of their trip, which is quite far from Manila. Thus, they seriously sympathized with TA and hoped the luggage was just delayed in coming out of the conveyor.
Finally, when they found out what TA had in his missing luggage that triggered his negative reactions, they had to pretend to maintain their seriousness. Well, vanity strikes and the missing luggage of TA contained his makeup. Such revelation once again cast doubt on his image.
