A Goof-Off

If the cliché about finding true friends in the entertainment industry is rare, Talented Performer (TP) should realize that his friends are there for him. As soon as TP posted a cryptic message, his friends immediately expressed support for him even if the post was vague. These friends have been known to be close to TP personally and professionally, and none of their comments even asked what motivated TP to post his seemingly alarming message.

Over the years, TP has been struggling with his career even if he has survived the intrigues and won various recognitions for his talent. As a showbiz scion, TP had to find his own space to establish his identity, which he accomplished. TP had fans who adored his antics and followed his movies and TV programs. His concerts were always well-attended and the industry valued him for his versatility. However, one day, he shocked the public by getting into a serious relationship with An Actress (AA) who was not his Popular Partner (PP). He was at the height of his career and he gave up much of it for love.

Although the fans were not in favor or his decision, they could not do much, as TP and AA were very much in love. Besides, PP already found the man of her dreams. As years passed, TP and AA proved detractors wrong, as they continued to have a stable marriage and adorable children. AA continued her career and honed her craft. By contrast, TP developed a habit that became so obvious that his colleagues started to tease him at first about it. Subsequently, the habit was so bad that TP lost many of his shows and having that reputation stuck to him.

Nonetheless, TP tried to rise from his fall slowly. The fans are still there, but now, he has so much to prove if he wants to go back to his status. The networks are not jumping in to get him, unfortunately, despite his occasional appearances. Thus, when TP posted his cryptic message, his friends reacted with positive messages and assured him things would be okay. At this point, the only person who could address the issue of what he expressed in his post is really no one, but himself.

After a few minutes or so, TP took down the intriguing post and gave the impression that all is well.
