I respect your realisations, Rhian. I also would like to share a definition of love I abide by and has never failed my family and friends over the highs and lows of life:

Baks - Corinthians 1 - that is the way love is supposed to be for any Kristiyano. It also applies to your fellowman. Hate and bashing - that is not kindness and the oppositte of love. Remember the golden rule too - if you dont want to be disrespected, hated and bashed, don't do it to others.
Ang nega naman. OA naman kasi yung iba pag nagmahal. give na give. I love my husband with all my heart pero I CAN live without him. He is not my world. He won't be able to destroy me, pwede ba.
You can’t catch a break for just loving a person but when it ends they weaponized what happened in your relationship and destroy you. Malaking hugs sa yo may darating na right person para sayo.
