Wakened by Reality

For lovers, there would be a time when one of them would start thinking about their future and how they will raise their family given their resources. Looking into the future, Moving Talent (MT) had to choose between her future and that of her relationship with Lowkey Performer (LP).

Over the years of her career, MT started from the lowest ranks and eventually tried her hand at opportunities that tested her talents. Thus, she had tried hosting, singing, and acting and has moved from performing on stage to TV and to movies. She has even made the rounds of all the networks. By this time, MT should already be having a name and a solid position in the industry. Sadly, she still has to find that elusive stardom. MT is talented, but lacks the mass appeal, which would assure her of that lead role.

Meanwhile, LP has tried his luck in the entertainment industry, but his limitations as an actor are preventing him from establishing himself. While he did make his name familiar a few years back, no project was made to follow-up his development as an actor.

When MT and LP met, they developed a real relationship that their family and friends thought would lead to the two of them settling down. The two were very much in love and their friends in and out of the industry were supportive. Love was present and everyone around them can feel it. The relationship seemed solid and could withstand time. However, that was not the case.

After reflecting, her mind won over her heart. MT decided to end her relationship with LP. Allegedly, MT had grown tired of spending for the needs of LP. She pays for the rent, food, vacation, and other expenses. She cannot rely on LP, as he has no career that can give him sufficient earnings. Sadly, LP could not do anything when MT made the decision. He realized where she was coming from and he accepted that his status had much to do with her decision. While she loves LP very much, love was not enough for MT to keep him.
