Major Jolting Surprise
While PA has gotten involved in incidents that could have won the sympathy of the audience, the outcome has always been the opposite. Instead of getting praises, PA would often get bashed and her actions are read as loaded with underlying meaning. Thus, PA’s predicament is really on the losing end. If she reacts, she gets bashed, and if she keeps quiet, some netizens would still try to get on her nerves.
Most of these negative reactions come from the ways PA projects herself, which are sometimes verified by the buzz behind the scenes on her behavior. For instance, during the taping of one of her shows, PA was informed that she will be dancing in the opening number for a summer special. Thus, being a summer show, she knew that she would be wearing a summer outfit, which in this case, was a two-piece summer dress.
Prior to leaving for the location, PA was briefed with the demands of the opening number. Rehearsals were done to make sure the time at the location is used well. Thus, when the team reached the location, PA was asked to get ready and her costume was given to her. Out of the blue, PA said that she will not participate in the dance number while her co-performer was standing nearby. The Staff (TS) told PA that the production team would be informed. After a few moments, PA said that she will no longer do the opening number.
If PA thought that the production team would try to win her over, she was wrong. The opening number was taped without her. To the dismay of the production team, PA posted in her social media that she was maligned by the staff. That post obviously reached her Influential Beau (IB), who then placed a call to the production team and told TS to apologize to PA.
The saga continued, as TS was clueless as to why an apology had to be given to PA. Nonetheless, just to stop the tension, TS went to the room of PA. TS then told PA that IB called to tell her to apologize to PA. However, TS said that she had no idea why an apology should be extended to PA. To which PA said that she will not talk to TS until TS admits the wrongdoing. TS then questioned why PA was stressing a wrongdoing. PA then screamed at TS to leave the room, as that was her (PA) room. TS is not a pushover, as immediately after the screaming, TS contacted IB and told him that despite the attempt to apologize, PA responded with haughtiness.
When the executives of the show found out about the incident, they met and discussed what action they could do. Well, the decision was reached to boot out PA from the show. However, PA has no idea that she would no longer be in the show, and when she gets back from her trip, she will realize she has nothing to hold on to with the network.

Actual Reality
Talented and loaded with potential, PT was among the top discoveries of a network, which gave her many projects and invested to build her name. She even amassed fans and the press would write about her. Hence, many believed that she was about to make it big. Despite good talents and good projects, ratings and overwhelming overhead expenses made the network rethink its direction. Except for the few commercially viable programs, most of the shows of the network were not bringing in expected returns on investments. Hence, among the first to go were projects that were fit for PT. With no future in her original network, PT jumped shipped and moved to her present home. The moment she made the big move, the publicity on her first project was on a high level, which seemed to set the mood that PT was bound to be a major celebrity.
After the many write-ups, nothing was heard of the project that PT had already started to tape. The production team had to stop the project because something was amiss in the shots. The skills of the camera personnel and the director could not bring out the distinct appeal of PT in the project. The reality is that PT did not register well on screen. Rather than continue with the project, PT needed to lose weight and rethink on whether she needs changes to enhance her beauty.
Until the time PT would be deemed fit to appear in the projects of the network, she remains in the dark. The expected welcome did not go as planned, but PT should not lose hope despite the crowded pool of talents in her new home. PT should show why her former network believed in her so much.

Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis Engaged in Heated Argument Last Wednesday on Showtime?

Last Wednesday, toward the end of ‘It’s Showtime!,” Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis had a shouting match. Vice apparently placed his drink at the side of a table. As Anne was passing by, the edge of her skirt hit the glass. The drink then spilled on Vice, getting his clothes and his shoes wet.
Vice made a big deal of the incident and started screaming at Anne. Exchanges of words occurred, which made Anne hurriedly leave with tears in her eyes.
After the tension and hurtful moment, people wonder if such incident is nothing more than a prank and both hosts will later just say that it was all acting behind the scenes. Nonetheless, if such incident bordered on a personal affront, will either Vice or Anne be absent from today’s show?
'It’s Showtime!' started as ‘Showtime’ in 2009 and later reformatted to address its growing viewers. The original hosts include Vice, Anne, Vhong Navarro, Kim Atienza, Jugs Jugueta, and Teddy Corpuz. Karylle, Billy Crawford, Coleen Garcia, Amy Perez, and Mariel Padilla later on joined as hosts. The latest hosts to be included are James Reid and Nadine Lustre.
