It will be thrown out of court if they file because there is no merit. The most they can do is file a complaint and hold him accountable at congressional ethics committee and they can review and give appropriate action.

True! Why when the former president cursed in public and joked sexual innuendos why is it the whole Penas never made him accountable including the allegedly extra judicial kil-ling? Is it because he was more lovable, charming and Penas is so used to him uttering non sense?
Anong point ng statement? E nasabi na ng talent agency ni Anne yan and other parties. This is the legal counsel's statement pero wala naman kinalaman sa legality ng nangyari. No action to be taken from a legal point of view. Basically kuda lang, dagdag statement ng mga nasabi na ng iba. Such a waste of effort and time tbh.
The least that they can do is file a complaint against that representative in the ethics committee to have him sanctioned.
