Since that time, MA and YT have been unofficially having bedroom escapades even if MA is already committed. YT, meanwhile, has had her boyfriend, which was confirmed only when they decided to call it quits. One day, an unexpected call was received by MA. The tone was that of panic and YT was on the other end of the line. She told MA that her period was delayed.
That piece of news caused MA to lose focus, as pregnancy could ruin both their careers. On the part of YT, her assumed Special Man (SM) might be suspected as the father, but then, being pregnant would ruin her nice girl image. Similarly, MA could not afford to be engaged in another case of fatherhood, as it would add another dimension to his Present Lovelife (PL). The possibility of PL not taking the alleged news well could lead to their breakup. So far, among the women in his life, MA found his match in PL, and their families seem to be supportive of their relationship.
Naturally, MA called on Reliable Figure (RF) to help him out. Before doing anything drastic, RF talked to YT and explained the situation. However, YT must keep quiet about the alleged pregnancy as the career of MA would be ruined if news leaks. Besides, she also has much to lose. Then, if YT is indeed pregnant, letting the world know that MA is the father would not be a good option, too. YT had no choice, but to follow RF.
After a few weeks, YT did a test and called MA immediately to deliver the news. When MA heard it, all he could say was that he was happy that it was a false alarm. YT was not pregnant. Thus, MA breathed a sigh of relief. Similarly, YT was as happy upon finding out. Now, the questions hover on whether PL knows about this clandestine relationship between MA and YT, and now that everything is back to normal, if MA and YT have resumed their bouts in private. For MA, YT is just a girl who could relieve him of his longings, especially when PL is busy with her own projects and is not around.
