Angel Locsin has denied that she is already seeing someone else several months after she and Luis Manzano had a falling out.
In an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN News’ MJ Felipe, Locsin said she is not dating anybody as of the moment adding that she is not eagerly looking to enter into another relationship for now.
“Hindi pa siguro ngayon. Kung dadating naman, dadating. Pero sa ngayon, nag-e-enjoy lang ako hanging out with my friends, family, trabaho. Ganun lang muna. Masyado pang maaga pa rin,” she said.
Meanwhile, Locsin said she is now doing fine after undergoing a medical procedure in Singapore for the disc bulge in her spine.
“Okay na ['yung likod ko] kaya puwede na sirain ulit,” she said in jest. “Puwede na [ako mag-work out] pero kapag may weights, kailangan sitting down pa rin.”
The actress said she will fly again to Singapore in September for another medical assessment to see if she can also go back to doing crossfit training or hiking.
Meanwhile, the actress also spoke about the possibility of doing “Darna” again now that her condition is getting better.
“Always naman, ako pa rin naman [si Darna] para sa puso ko. Depende pa rin naman sa ABS-CBN 'yun and kung babalik 'yung health ko. Priority ko talaga 'yung health ko kasi balang araw, gusto ko magkaroon ng baby. Gusto kong hindi naman ako mahirapan sa pregnancy ko. Medyo matagal pa 'yun sa ngayon. Medyo naudlot 'yung mga plano ko,” she said.
If things align, Locsin said she will be more than willing to do “Darna” anew.
“Kung ia-allow, kung ;yun ang will talaga ni God, ng ABS at ng mga tao, kung para sa akin, para sa akin. Kung hindi naman, hindi naman ako madamot eh,” she said.
In fact, Locsin said she already has five actresses in mind who could also possibly play the role of the iconic superheroine.
“Actually kahit noon naman, may napasahan na ako noon. Hindi ko lang alam kung anong nangyari. Pero may mga nakikita ako na puwede, may mga favorites ako. Dati I have three lang, ngayon I have five na. Taga-ABS, dapat taga-ABS,” she said.
