Preventing Further Cracks to Their Partnership

One time, Feisty Relative (FR) managed to access the mobile of Network Hottie (NH) and her suspicion was confirmed. FR noticed that NH seems to be having that glow in his eyes the past weeks whenever he was on his mobile phone and busily texting. The hunch of FR was that NH might be distracted with Pretty Newcomer (PN). While there was nothing wrong with a boy having a crush, the circumstances of NH prohibits him to look at anyone else other than Constant Partner (CP).
After investigating the owner of the mysterious number, FR confronted NH and told him to stop whatever he was doing with PN, as his actions would jeopardize his relationship with CP. Other than their closeness, the partnership of NH and CP brings in impressive financial gain. Thus, if fans find out that NH is not really interested in CP, the financial goal of FR would be affected. Moreover, FR would not want NH to earn the ire of the fandom of CP. The fans can be quite pesky and persistent when it comes to issues they feel are harming their idol.
However, NH has gone beyond merely exchanging messages with PN. Some say that he has made generous gestures to gain her favor. He would send her food, chocolates, and flowers. Of course, PN would welcome such gifts because NH is one good looking fellow, who has a pleasant personality as well. It’s in his genes, by the way.
Sometimes, NH would visit PN at her home because they could not be seen in public. Fans can flood the social media account of PN, call her names, and even threaten her once they see her with NH. The fans of NH and CP can be overly protective to the point of causing stress to anyone who they perceive as a threat to the couple. To protect PN, NH had to be discrete. Thus, whenever he would visit, PN would send the people in her home to errands so she could be alone with NH. A hot guy and a hot female all alone in a silent house could lead to so many possibilities, and most would disgust FR and the fans of NH and CP.
During their talk, FR reminded NH to be loyal to CP and show her more affection in public as the fans would like to see them touchy feely to give that giddy feeling. Obedient as he his, NH did what he was told and he took every opportunity to be physically close to CP. However, his actions seemed to have backfired given that these were too comfortable and made lookers uneasy. Nonetheless, his actions gained publicity for him and CP, and has made FR happy. Her strategy is working. Incidentally, while FR has done her share in making sure NH remains loyal to CP, people are asking if she is sure that CP herself is loyal to NH.

The issue stemmed from a video which was uploaded in social media some weeks ago showing Reid hanging out with his friends and two other girls inside a car.
In an interview on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” on Tuesday, Lustre said she sees nothing wrong with it because she knows everyone who was with Reid that day.
“Hindi naman playboy. Regarding the video, 'yung mga nandoon naman po sa video, kilala ko naman po kung sino 'yung nandoon sa car,” she said.
Lustre also addressed those who allege that their relationship is just for show.
“If ayaw nila maniwala, it’s up to them. Basta ang importante po, me and James, we know what’s real and we know the truth. That’s what’s important,” she said.
Last April 11, Reid and Lustre marked their second monthsary as a real-life couple. However, Lustre revealed that they were not able to celebrate it since both of them are busy finishing their new movie “This Time.”
Produced by Viva Films, "This Time" follows the story of lovestruck teens Coby (Reid) and Ava (Lustre) who only see each other during summer vacations.
“It’s a summer movie so this is very light… Nagkakilala sila sa isang sari-sari store because of the ice cream. Doon nagsimula 'yung love story nila. Every summer lang umuuwi si Coby. Sa States talaga siya nakatira kasi 'yung lolo niya, doon based. So every summer nagde-develop 'yung feelings nila towards each other,” Lustre narrated.
Aside from their upcoming movie which will be out in theaters by May 4, the two are also gearing up for a series of concerts in the US and Canada.

Actress Bea Alonzo has shot down talks about her rumored relationship with "A Second Chance" co-star John Lloyd Cruz, saying she is "single but happy."
In an interview with Push, the 28-year-old Alonzo maintained that she is just friends with Cruz. "Magkaibigan naman talaga kami ni John Lloyd. I mean, we've been working together for so many years," she said.
Alonzo also dismissed earlier reports that she was spotted with Cruz at a resort in Balesin. "I was in Amanpulo with my brother and the girlfriend of my brother. Actually I was asked -- nakakatawa 'yung mga kaibigan ko [kasi] tinatanong nila ako," she shared.
Rumors about Alonzo and Cruz's romance began swirling after both called off their respective relationships a month apart.
Alonzo called it quits with actor Zanjoe Marudo last December, while Cruz was reported to have ended his three-year relationship with actress Angelica Panganiban back in January.
In an interview with reporters last March 31, Cruz insisted that he and Alonzo are not a couple and added that he does not talk about the rumors with the actress.
"We don't feel the need to talk about it. ...Kasi doon sa mga taong involved doon sa issue, alam nila naman kung ano ang totoo, and madalas sapat na sa amin iyong alam namin ang totoo," he explained.
Meanwhile, Alonzo also downplayed other rumors linking her to actor Paulo Avelino after the two were spotted in Singapore together.
"Oo, nandun siya sa Singapore, kasama ko si Enchong [Dee] tsaka 'yung manager namin na si Tita Monch, kaya kinita namin si Paulo," she shared.
In the same interview, Alonzo revealed that she will be working on a new teleserye starting May. "Para sa akin, sa mga ginagawa ko sa TV, parang kakaiba ito. Mas mature siya, relatable. Maraming makaka-relate lalo na sa panahon ngayon," she teased.

The experience of staying overnight at the Senate compound and receiving nothing in return did not dampen the determination of Almery Igharas to look for donors for her only son, Mark Vincent Papa.
Three-year-old Mark suffers from cerebral palsy, epilepsy and myopic astigmatism.
“That was in February. [The senator’s staff] promised to text me but they did not,” said Almery, a 24-year-old native from Kalibo, Aklan.
Although the other senator did not deliver on her promise, Almery said they received from Sen. Tito Sotto P5,000 which went to Mark’s physical and occupational therapy sessions at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center. The boy needs physical therapy to relax his muscles and boost his reflexes while occupational therapy teaches him to eat, digest and swallow food.
Mother and son are temporarily staying at a tire supply shop in San Rafael, Bulacan, where her husband, Aprilito Papa, works as a welder.
On Friday, Mark is scheduled to undergo dental surgery to remove almost all of his rotting teeth to prevent damage to his brain.
For this, the family will need P73,000 which they are still trying to raise. “I know God will find a way,” said Almery who can be reached at 0910-0036523. Donations can be deposited in her BPI Family Savings Bank account (Almery Igharas/account no. 7426-1321-89).
