Controversial Reason for Her Non-Appearance in Projects

While most actors and actresses would give an arm and a leg to obtain a role in any teleserye project of the network, MA must have had good reason for her decision. After much reflection, MA realized that she should take measures to curb her alleged addiction before the urge becomes totally uncontrollable.
The fast pace, glamour, finances, and temptation are elements that could eventually lead to addiction in any form. Saying that self-control is the only solution, the conscious action to stay away from addiction is much harder than articulation of words. For MA, having recognized her alleged problem did the best action, which is to seek help. Thus, sacrificing her appearance for professional treatment is a small price to pay if that means living a better life.
Sometime ago, MA has been linked to actors and singers in the industry. While at times, MA and her partner would admit their relationship, most often, her links to other men are often denied by her camp. Even if the togetherness of MA and an actor beams with sweetness, denials still proliferate in the air. Thus, over the years, MA has not been seriously linked with any actor, who would be man enough to admit his feelings for her in public.
Perhaps, her addiction had gotten in the way of her having serious relationships. Allegedly, when she feels that urge to be intimate, she calls on a former rumored special friend (SF) and they spend the time satisfying each other’s physical needs. Sometimes, MA travels abroad to seek her partners, as she is careful not to do anything in the local scene that could ruin her reputation as well as the conservative identity of her family. However, no one really notices her flying in and out of the country, which makes it convenient for her to seek an outlet of her addiction abroad.
While her fans wait for her appearance in any network project, MA has decided to be more mindful and to seek help for her problem that might be growing uncontrollable every minute.

Making a Definite Strategy to Assure They Remain on Top

Fortunately, some young stars have a strong support system that will do everything to arrest any skid and to make sure the stars will not lose their shine. The quest to stay on top of popularity, ratings, and endorsements has really heated up. Even fandoms are doing their own measures, such as investing their personal resources and trolling the social media accounts of rivals, to assure their idols remain on top. The triangle of success of any star includes a personal support system, fandom, and network support. The latter is important as the station serves as the venue to keep the talent in the consciousness of viewers.
The camps of Improving Actor (IA) and His Partner (HP) have the two points firmly, but still, the third point, network support, is very important. When the camps felt they seemed to have been relegated to second place, they started to brainstorm on how to regain their standing. Pressure from rabid fans, as indicated in social media accounts, could have also triggered the coming together as a solid force of both camps. Feedback seems to center on the not-so-strong impact of the project IA and HP did compared with that of the Rival Loveteam (RL).
Thus, the camps decided to approach the management and air their sentiments. Obviously, their meeting was a success given that the station announced that IA and HP were about to start their movie. Learning from the surprising revelation of the RL, who created so much interest that led them to be talked about for days in social media, the camps of IA and HP are strategizing ways to make sure the movie gets to be well promoted. Allegedly, one of the strategies is to state that IA and HP are together as a couple by the time the movie is shown.
Public admission of a relationship could either lead to solidify fans or to turnoff fans that are loyal only to IA. Once IA and HP admit to a real relationship, they have already become ‘unattainable’ to some fans. Fans tend to gravitate to idolize celebrities who are single because of the illusion of a potential relationship. Besides the other pressure once admission has been made is to stay together, as breakups could trigger fandoms going wild and either one will suffer the consequences in terms of his/her career.
Now that the camps have all the elements of the triangle of success, all they have to make sure of is to have an excellent script that could attract moviegoers and keep the interest in IA and HP consistent. The next few months will be very exciting, as reel/real loveteams will continue to find creative means to outdo each other. Hopefully, the competition will remain clean and fandoms will be calm given that loveteams do add color and interest in the entertainment industry.

The PMPC Star Awards honors the best Filipino movies, performers and stakeholders of 2015 for the mainstream and indie film categories.
Historical-biographical film 'Felix Manalo' bagged major awards including best film and best director for Joel Lamangan.
Piolo Pascual and Dennis Trillo tied for the Movie Actor of the Year award for 'Silong' and 'Felix Manalo' films respectively.
Kapamilya star Bea Alonzo won the best actress trophy for 'A Second Chance.'
The star-studded ceremony was opened with the performances of Jed Madela, Yeng Constantino, Christian Bautista, Morisette Amon, Mark Bautista and Juris to honor the ‘Love Teams And Love Themes Of Philippine Cinema.'
It's Showtime's boy group Hashtags with Zeus Collins, Jon Lucas, Jameson Blake, Ryle Santiago, Luke Conde, Jimboy Martin, Ronnie Alonte, McCoy de Leon, Nikko Natividad, Tom Doromal and Paulo Angeles also performed a dance number.
The PMPC gave recognition to Ms. Amalia Fuentes, this year's Nora Aunor Ulirang Artista Lifetime Achievement Awardee. Director Mel Chionglo received the Ulirang Alagad ng Pelikula sa Likod ng Kamera Lifetime Achievement Award.
Piolo Pascual, Kim Chiu, Xian Lim, Alex Gonzaga, Bela Padilla and Robi Domingo hosted this year's PMPC Awards night.
The telecast of the awards night is on Sunday, March 13, 2016 on ABS-CBN's Sunday's Best.
